Item تبليغ الأرشيف: المبادئ والتنظيم(جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2025-07-15) صوشي, سليم; SAOUCHI, Salimتهدف هذه المطبوعة البيداغوجية إلى تسليط الضوء على مسألة تبليغ الأرشيف بوصفها أحد المحاور الجوهرية في ضمان حق الوصول إلى المعلومة، حيث يستهل العمل بتقديم عموميات حول الأرشيف ومفهوم التبليغ، قبل أن يعرض التطور التاريخي لإتاحة الوثائق الأرشيفية في مختلف الحقب والأنظمة القانونية. وتعالج المطبوعة إشكالية الاطلاع على الأرشيف من زوايا متعددة، لاسيما القيود القانونية، والإدارية، والتقنية، مع تحديد أصناف المتعاملين مع الأرشيف وخصوصيات احتياجاتهم الوثائقية. كما تتناول بالتفصيل تبليغ الأرشيف الجاري والوسيط باعتباره أساسا لاستمرارية العمل الإداري، وتعرض طرق التبليغ وأدوات البحث التي تسهل الوصول إلى الأرصدة الأرشيفية. وتختتم المطبوعة بعرض حول سبل تبليغ الأرشيف في البيئة الرقمية، وما تتيحه من فرص وما تطرحه من تحديات أمام الأرشيفيين والمؤسسات. This educational publication aims to shed light on the issue of archival dissemination, as one of the core pillars in documentary management policy and the guarantee of the right to access information. The work begins by presenting general concepts related to archives and the notion of dissemination, followed by a review of the historical development of access to archival documents across various eras and legal systems. The publication addresses the issue of access to archives from multiple perspectives, particularly legal, administrative, and technical constraints, while identifying the different categories of archive users and the specific nature of their documentary needs. It also provides a detailed examination of the dissemination of current and intermediate archives as a foundation for the continuity of administrative work, presenting the methods and research tools that facilitate access to archival content. Final archival dissemination receives special attention, in light of the legislative framework governing the archival sector in Algeria, with an analysis of key relevant legal texts. The publication concludes with a discussion on the prospects of archival dissemination in the digital environment, highlighting both the opportunities it offers and the challenges it poses for archivists and institutions.Item تقنيات حفظ الأرشيف(جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2025-07-15) صوشي, سليم; SAOUCHI, Salimتعرض هذه المطبوعة المبادئ والتقنيات الأساسية لحفظ الأرشيف والوثائق في بيئتيها الورقية والرقمية، مع التركيز على مختلف الأرصدة الأرشيفية كالأرصدة الإدارية، التاريخية، العامة والخاصة، وظروف وأماكن الحفظ المناسبة لكل منها، كما تسلط الضوء على طرق وأساليب الوقاية والحفظ العلاجي، من خلال التحكم في العوامل البيئية واستخدام المواد الملائمة لضمان حفظ طويل المدى، وتتناول المطبوعة أهم المخاطر والكوارث التي تهدد الأرشيف، كالحريق، الرطوبة، الحشرات، وكذا التهديدات السيبرانية وتعطل الأنظمة، مع عرض استراتيجيات الوقاية والتدخل في حالات الطوارئ، وتهدف إلى تزويد الطالب بمعارف وتقنيات تجمع بين التقليدي والحديث، لضمان حماية الأرشيف والمحافظة عليه كجزء من الذاكرة المؤسساتية والتراث الوثائقي. This manual presents the fundamental principles and techniques for the preservation of archives and records in both physical and digital environments. It focuses on various types of archival holdings, including administrative, historical, public, and private collections, along with the appropriate storage conditions and facilities for each. It also highlights preventive and curative preservation methods through environmental control and the use of suitable materials to ensure long-term preservation. The manual addresses the major risks and disasters that threaten archives-such as fire, humidity, insects, as well as cyber threats and system failures-while presenting strategies for prevention and emergency response. The aim is to equip students with knowledge and techniques that combine both traditional and modern approaches to ensure the protection of archives and their preservation as part of institutional memory and documentary heritage.Item Information literacy among students of the Department of Library Science and Documentation at the University of Algiers 2: a case study(2024-06-15) صوشي, سليمInformation literacy is an element of the digital culture that connects us to the digital world, so university students find themselves facing great challenges in order to develop their scientific knowledge and improve their skills to control information and ways to access and retrieve it and the possibility of evaluating it, which creates a degree of information literacy for these groups, especially if it comes to a digital environment, so we tried by addressing this topic to highlight the role and importance of information literacy in the university academic environment, by conducting a case study on stage students The final master's degree, Department of Library Science and Documentation, University of Algiers 2, which relates to various disciplines, whether in the field of archives, technology, processing and management of information, the extent of information literacy for this category, in the process of controlling research skills and techniques, and the effectiveness of scientific communication in acquiring digital culture.Item أرشيف الجامعات الجزائرية: واقع وآفاق(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2024) صوشي, سليم; SAOUCHI, SALIM; أقبال, مهني(مدير البحث)يتمحور موضوع الدراسة حول وضعية الأرشيف بالجامعة الجزائرية، حيث تم اختيار تسع جامعات مقسمة على ثلاث مراحل، ذلك بالاعتماد على كل من المعيار الزمني والمعيار الجغرافي، في محاولة لأخذ نظرة عامة وشاملة حول تنظيم وتسيير الأرشيف على مستوى الجامعة الجزائرية بشكل عام، وباستخدام مجموعة من أساليب جمع البيانات، تم التعرف على وضعية الأرشيف من عدة نواحي، هيكلية، تنظيمية، ووظيفية، بالإضافة إلى دور التشريع والتقنين الدولي في دعم وتطوير معالجة الأرشيف. كما تم التوصل لعدة نتائج، أبرزها غياب التسيير الجيد للأرشيف الجامعي على مستوى هذه المؤسسات، وكذا إشكالية تحديد المصير النهائي للأرشيف، وعلى من تقع مسؤولية حمايته والمحافظة عليه، كذاكرة مؤسساتية تخدم بالدرجة الأولى قطاع التعليم العالي، بالإضافة إلى كونه يمثل أرشيف يمتلك من الخصوصية ما يجعله يمثل جزء من ذاكرة الدولة كلل، ومسألة الاهتمام به والمحافظة عليه أمر ضروري وحتمي. The subject of the study revolves around the status of the archives at the Algerian university, where nine universities were selected, divided into three stages, based on both the chronological criterion and the geographical criterion, in an attempt to take a general and comprehensive view of the organization and management of the archive at the level of the Algerian university in general, and using a set of methods. In collecting data, the state of the archive was identified from several structural, organizational, and functional aspects, in addition to the role of international legislation and codification in supporting and developing the treatment of the archives. Several results were also reached, the most prominent of which is the lack of good management of the university archives at the level of these institutions, as well as the problem of determining the final fate of the archive, and who is responsible for protecting and preserving it, as it is an institutional memory that primarily serves the higher education sector, in addition to the fact that it represents an archive that possesses some privacy. It makes it a part of the state's memory, and the issue of caring for it and preserving it is necessary and inevitable.
