Item دور المقومات الاجتماعية في تحقيق المناجمنت الاستراتيجي دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الوطنية للسيارات الصناعية SNVI فرع - VIR – الرويبة(Algiers2 University Abou El Kacem Saâdallah, 2023) إسحاق، رميساء; العايب، سليم (مدير البحث)المناجمنت الاستراتيجي "التدبير"، يتطلب تحقيقه في المؤسسة الانضباط في جميع القرارات والإجراءات التي تتخذها الإدارة لما لها من تأثير متوسط وطويل المدى بشكل أساسي على انساق ومقومات المؤسسة. والتحكم في هذه المقومات يضمن تطورها، استدامتها وبلوغ أهدافها أيا كانت الظروف، وبالتالي استراتيجيات التدبير المحكم المطبقة من طرف القائد "الفاعل الاستراتيجي" تجعل من الممكن تنسيق وتوحيد جهود مختلف الموارد البشرية للمؤسسة تحت مبدا "القيم المشتركة" باعتبارها جوهر التفوق والتوافق المستمر، وتتمثل اهم هذه الإجراءات في: التخطيط، التنظيم، معرفة الفوارق الشخصية وحسن استغلالها بما يتلاءم والمناخ البيئي للمؤسسة. وهنا نركز بالدرجة الأولى على المقومات الاجتماعية التي تعمل بدورها على ترسيخ هذه القيم، حيث تظهر بوادرها ونتائجها من خلال الممارسات العملية للفاعلين في المؤسسة : To achieve strategic management in the company you need discipline in all the decisions and procedures made by the administration .Basically ;this has medium and long term influence effect on the foundations and constituents guarantees its development ensures its sustainability and the achievement of its goals whatever the circumstances, and hence ,the strict strategic measures which are applied by the leader (the strategic doer)can make possible the coordination and unity of the company’s different human resources, under the principle of the “common values” because they are considered as the essence of success and continuous compatibility. The main of these measures consist of : planning, organization, coming in touch with the personal differences, and even exploiting them so as they cope with the environmental surrounding of the company. Technological change is one of the most important factors that lead to a qualitative transition in the field of work, and the way of thinking; The wheel of development requires the contribution of both parties to push it, and the emergence of entrepreneurial women through creative economic activities that invest their capabilities is evidence of the acceptance of all societies for their contribution to work, and highlighting their position remains the most important goal, and their real investment lies in finding flexibility in managing conflicts and problems in the field according to a strategy with a predictive dimension To ensure integrated performance, which is embodied in the true meaning of management, through the guidance of conduct and management and familiarity with all administrative processes for continuous success and effectiveness, crystallizing the success of the enterprise and achieving its goals.
