    This study aims to capture some of the heritage features of the thinker "Zaki Najib Mahmoud", in the context of the problem of authenticity and modernity, which is one of the most prominent discourses of contemporary Arab renaissance thought, and to highlight his reading and his positions on the Arab cultural heritage; And because his position on the heritage ranged between rejection and a call to break with him at times, and a call to re-read it objectively in order to revive it at other times, we have discussed in this article two main elements: In the first, we discussed the justifications for his intellectual revolution and its break with heritage.

    This study aims to shed light on one of the phenomena of delinquency in Algerian society, which is deviation in the school environment, in particular school violence in secondary education institutions, and to highlight the relationship between the secondary school environment, the emergence of violent behaviors among students studying in it, and the diagnosis of a number of internal factors associated with The institution, affecting and assisting in the emergence and growth of the phenomenon of school violence. School violence, which may intensify and turn into criminal behavior, is not always the result of external influences, but rather has to do with the school organization and the internal environment of the institution. The product of the internal situation prevailing in the institution, and thus should be viewed as a school-based educational situation worthy of study and effective diagnostic treatment, and expediting the adoption of the necessary mechanisms to reduce it, and restore the status and value of the educational institution.
