Item Bioéthique et droits de l’homme(مخبر مشكلات الحضارة- جامعة الجزائر 2, 2022-12-22) سمية, بيدوحBioethics and human rights. A conjunction of two terms, which seems certain of the apprehension of a relation between two entities with definite conceptual contours. On the one hand, bioethics as a very recent discipline, and thus supposed to be the heiress of philosophical experience in its ultimate ripening. And on the other hand, the notion of human rights, which seems to be setting itself up as a humanist doctrine of universality and above all, paradoxically individualist with the aim of asserting the right of everyone to a minimum of inalienable rights. Human rights have been deliberately violated throughout the history of humanity, leading to the most heinous atrocities such as slavery, genocide, wars, radical segregation and many other scourges.Item Compétence interculturelle dans l’enseignement des langues étrangères en Algérie : Enjeux et perspectives(مخبر مشكلات الحضارة- جامعة الجزائر 2, 2019-12-30) Houda, HamdiThe present article attempts to discuss both the importance of and perspectives for the integration of intercultural education in foreign languages departments in Algerian universities. It contends that the module of ‘oral comprehension and expression’ constitutes an excellent way to develop students’ intercultural competence. Through the multiplicity of discursive designations we will try to see the functioning of the designation process and its relation to referenciation in the Algerian colonial context of the inter-war period. Ce discours par son style et par son témoignage de la décennie noire met en avant plusieurs représentations discursives de la femme, en ayant recours à des constructions identitaires multiples. Cette représentation met en scèneune catégoriede femmes algériennes, dans le contexte de la décennie noire. L’auteure en les libérant et en les propulsant au-devant de la scène, en tant que porte-parole de sa société viseà redéfinir les valeurs sociales dans le contexte qui abrite le texte.
