Item خصائص الأستاذ الجامعي الكفء من وجهة نظر الطلبة(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة-التنمية-الوقاية من الانحراف والاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2025-07-01) أمزيان, بهية; ناهي, مرادتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة ترتيب خصائص الأستاذ الجامعي الكفء ،كما تهدف إلى معرفة الخصائص ذات الأهمية الكبرى التي ينبغي توفرها في الأستاذ الجامعي الكفء من وجهة نظر الطلبة، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كونه المنهج المناسب لطبيعة الدراسة،من خلال تطبيق استبيان خصائص الأستاذ الجامعي على عينة من طلبة كلية علوم التربية، بجامعة تيزي وزو البالغ عددهم (100) طالب وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية،كما تم معالجة البيانات باستخدام التكرارات والنسب المؤوية والمتوسطات الحسابية،وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:اتفاق أفراد عينة الدراسة على مجموعة من الخصائص التي يجب أن تتوفر في الأستاذ الجامعي وهي ضرورية منها: إحساسهم بالمسؤولية اتجاه وظيفتهم،التعاون مع الطلاب،التحلي بالصبر وضبط النفس،إلقاء محاضراتهم بطريقة واضحة ،التمكن من المقاييس التي يدرسونها،يحترمون وجهات نظر الطلاب إلى غير ذلك من الخصائص الواردة في أداة الدراسة بنسب مؤوية متفاوتة ،الخصائص المهنية والبيداغوجية احتلت المرتبة الأولى من حيث الأهمية ووجوب تميز الأستاذ الجامعي بها ثم تليها الخصائص الأكاديمية والشخصية التي احتلت المرتبة الأخيرة من حيث الأهمية من وجهة نظر الطلاب. The current study aims to identify the ranking of the characteristics of a competent university professor. It also seeks to determine the most important characteristics that should be present in a competent professor from the students’ perspective. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was adopted as it is suitable for the nature of the research. A questionnaire on the characteristics of a competent university professor was administered to a randomly selected sample of 100 students from the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of Tizi Ouzou. Data were analyzed using frequencies, percentages, and arithmetic means. The study concluded with the following results: the participants agreed on a set of essential characteristics that a university professor must possess. These include: a strong sense of responsibility toward their profession, cooperation with students, patience and self-control, delivering lectures clearly, mastery of the subjects they teach, and respecting students’ opinions—among other traits mentioned in the study tool, with varying percentages. Professional and pedagogical characteristics ranked first in terms of importance and the necessity for a professor to embody them, followed by academic and personal characteristics, which were considered the least important from the students' point of view. Keywords: Characteristics, Professor, University, Competent, StudentsItem أثر وسائل الإعلام وتكنولوجيا الاتصال على تغير نسق القيم الدينية والأخلاقية لدى الطالبات الجامعيات دراسة استطلاعية على عينة من طالبات جامعة مولود معمري تيزي وزو The Impact Of Media And Communication Technology On Changing The Pattern Of Religious And Moral Values Among University Students An Exploratory Study On A Sample Of Mouloud Mammeri University Students In Tizi Ouzou(المرشد-مخبر القياس والإرشاد النفسي-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2021-12-29) بوصابة, عبدالنور; أمزيان, بهيةملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال على تغير نسق القيم الدينية والأخلاقية لدى الطالبات الجامعيات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استبيان يقيس مجموعة من العبارات حول طبيعة مشاهدة التلفزيون، ومضمون المشاهدة، ومدى استخدام الانترنت ودوافع استخدامه، إضافة إلى اختبار يقيس اتجاهات الطالبات نحو المسلسلات الغربية، وقائمة التقدير السلوكية للنسق القيمي من بناء الباحثين، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (70) طالبة تم اختيارها عشوائيا، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لكونه المنهج المناسب ، وأسفرت الدراسة على نتائج مفادها أن نسبة كبيرة من أفراد العينة يفضلون مشاهدة القنوات الفضائية الغربية بنسبة 80% مقارنة بالقنوات الجزائرية، أما مضامين المشاهدة تتمثل في الأفلام الغربية والمسلسلات المدبلجة التي شكلت نسبة كبيرة 85% مقارنة بالمسلسلات والأفلام الجزائرية، كما اتضح من نتائج الدراسة أن 79% من الطالبات لديهن اتجاه ايجابي نحو المسلسلات الغربية، كما اتضح أن أفراد العينة يستخدم الانترنت بنسبة 95%، وانطلاقا من نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: - توعية الطالبات من خلال الملتقيات حول مخاطر استخدام الانترنت. - نشر الوعي لدى الطالبات مع إرشادهن إلى المواقع النافعة والهادفة للحفاظ على الدين والأخلاق. - زيادة مستوى الرقابة على مضامين بعض البرامج التلفزيونية للحد من مخاطر ما تنقله من قيم وأفكار منافية لقيم المجتمع. -توعية الطالبات بالمخاطر المختلفة لوسائط الإعلام الجديدة وكيفية تجاوزها. Abstract: The study aimed to know the impact of information and communication technology on changing the pattern of religious and moral values among university students, the study sample amounted to (70) female students who were randomly selected, and the descriptive approach was used because it is the appropriate method. The study resulted that a large percentage of the sample members prefer watching the foreign satellite channels by 80% compared to the Algerian channels, and for the contents of watching, it is represented in foreign films and dubbed series, which constituted a large percentage of 85% compared to Algerian series and films. It was also clear that 79% of the female students had a positive attitude towards foreign series, and it also became clear that the sample members use the Internet by 95%, finally we taken number of recommendations: - Awareness of students, through forums, about the dangers of using the Internet. The study aimed to explore the impact of information and communication technology on changing the pattern of religious and moral values among university students. Results showed that a large percentage of women prefer watching the foreign satellite channels (80%) compared to the algerian channels, and for the contents of watching, it is represented in foreign films and dubbed series, which constituted a large percentage (85%) compared to algerian series and films. It was also clear that 79% of the students had a positive attitude towards foreign series. it also became clear that 95% of women use the internet. The study concluded with the importance of awareness of students, through forums, about the dangers of using the internet.
