Item المحلة ودورها في إخضاع التجانيين1784 -1827م(مجلة المفكر-جامعة الجزائر2-أبو القاسم سعد الله-, 2022-06-14) بلعباس, أحلاميعتبر جهاز المحلة من أجهزة المؤسسة العسكرية المهمة في الجزائر بالعهد العثماني حيث اعتمدت عليه السلطة الحاكمة في الجزائر لبسط نفوذها بالمناطق البعيدة عن مركز السلطة، وركيزة أساسية للسيطرة على داخل البلاد. حيث أدى هذا الجهاز دورا مهما لاسيما على المستوى الأمني، فقد استعمل كأداة في يد السلطة الحاكمة في الجزائر من أجل استتباب الأمن، وإخماد الثورات والتمردات، وتطبيق القانون وبالأخص ضد ثورات الطرق الصوفية، والتي من بينها الطريقة التجانية التي أحدثت اختلالات أمنية كبيرة داخل الدولة The Mahalla apparatus is considered one of the important military institutions in Algeria during the ottoman era, as the ruling authority in Algeria relied on it to extend its influence in areas far center of power, and a mainstay for controlling the interior of the country. Where this apparatus played a key role, especially on the security level, it was used in order to extend the authority in Algeria, quell revolutions and rebellions, and apply the law, through the subjugation and the suppression of revolutionary Sufi orders, notably "Tijaniya" order, which caused major security imbalances within the stateItem محطات في حياة الراحلة الدكتورة مريم صغير(مجلة الدراسات التاريخية -قسم التاريخ كلية العلوم الانسانية, 2022-07-24) تواتي, مريم; بلعباس, أحلامتعتبر الأستاذة مريم صغير أحد الأساتذة الجادين بقسم التاريخ بجامعة الجزائر 2، فقد تتلمذت على يد مؤسسي المدرسة التاريخية الجزائرية بعد الاستقلال أمثال أبو القاسم سعد الله وموسى لقبال ومولاي بلحميسي وغيرهم أين نالت منهم العلم والعمل والمنهجية الرصينة. خلفت الأستاذة من بعدها الكثير من الطلبة والإطارات العلمية والكفاءات في الأبحاث العلمية، وكذا عمداء جامعات ورؤساء أقسام. كما تركت لنا الأستاذة المرحومة كتابات لا بأس بها في تاريخ الجزائر المعاصر. ونهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى التعريف بالأستاذة الدكتورة، وجرد أعمالها التي تركتها بين أيدي الباحثين في التاريخ المعاصر. Professor Maryam Saghir is considered one of the serious professors in the Department of History at the University of Algiers 2. She was tutored by the founders of the Algerian historical school after independence, such as Abou El Kacem Saadallah, Moussa Laqbal, Moulay Belhamisi and others, where she gained knowledge, work and a sober methodology. After that, the professor left many students, scientific frameworks and competencies in scientific research, as well as university deans and heads of departments. The late professor also left us significant writings in the contemporary history of Algeria. Through this article, we aim to introduce the professor, and to inventory her works that she left in the hands of researchers in contemporary history.
