Item التكوين الجامعي في ظل نظام Lmd وتحقيق التنمية في المؤسسات الجزائرية.(مجلة دراسات في علم الاجتماع المنظمات- مخبر علم الاجتماع والمناجمنت-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2021-09-27) بن اعراب, مروانيعتبر البحث العلمي في وقتنا الراهن الأساس الذي يقاس عليه تقدم الشعوب والأمم في مختلف المجالات، حيث تعتبر المؤسسات الجامعية المحور الأساسي لتطوير النشاطات والبحوث العلمية سواء في العلوم التجريبية أو العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية على حد سواء، والبحث العلمي هو عملية تقصي منظمة ترتكز على أسس منهجية وأساليب علمية، وعملية لتحليل الظواهر وإثبات الحقائق، والجزائر كغيرها من البلدان السائرة في طريق النمو فهي بأمس الحاجة إلى تطوير ميدان البحث العلمي وذلك لمواكبة التطورات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية والسياسية التي تشهدها البلاد، فما يتم تكوينه اليوم من موارد بشرية في المؤسسات الجامعية في ظل ما يسمى نظام L.M.D لابد أن يتوافق ويتناسب مع ما يحتاجه سوق العمل من كفاءات لشغل مختلف الوظائف في شتى المؤسسات سواء الاقتصادية أو الاجتماعية وغيرها، وهذا ما من شأنه أن يؤثر إيجابا على النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني. ومن هنا أردت في هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق إلى التكوين الجامعي في ميدان العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية في نظام ل.م.د ومساهمته في دعم سوق العمل في الجزائر. Scientific research at the present time basis which is measured by the progress of peoples and nations in various fields, where university institutions are considered the primary focus of development activities and scientific research in both experimental or humanities and social sciences alike, and scientific research is the process of fact - based organization on the basis of the methodology and methods scientific process to analyze phenomena and prove the facts, Algeria , like other countries in the newly industrialized path of growth are in dire need to develop the field of scientific research so as to keep up with the social, economic and cultural developments and political in the country, what is configured Day of human resources in graduate studies in the institutions of the university under the so - called system of L. M.D It is necessary to match the human resources needed by the labor market to fill jobs related to administrative and organizational aspects and specialized fields of research and accurate sciences in various economic, social and other institutions, which would positively affect the advancement of the national economy and move the wheel of development. Hence I wanted in this research paper addressed university training in a system ofl.m.d , and its contribution to the support of the labor market in Algeria and push dynamic development programs in various institutions, and university training relationship in the field of humanities and social sciences in the development in Algeria And how the higher education sector affects other sectors.Item إشكالية التشغيل عند خريجي الجامــــــعة الجزائريــــــــــــــــــةthe Problem Of Employment Among Graduates Of The Algerian University(مجلة دراسات في علم الاجتماع المنظمات- مخبر علم الاجتماع والمناجمنت-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2021-09-27) محمد يسعد, ليلى; مادوي, نجية; بلاغماس, بركةتشكل البطالة عائقا تنمويا تعاني منه معظم دول العالم بما فيها الدول المتقدمة ، وذلك بالنظر إلى إفرازاتها السلبية التي تمس جميع نواحي الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وحتى السياسية . كما تعتبر الجامعة من أهم المؤسسات في المجتمع، فهي المصدر الأساسي لتحقيق التوافق بين تنمية الموارد البشرية من جهة وتفعيل التنمية الاقتصادية من جهة اخرى ، اضافة الى انتشار البطالة الذي ساهم في عرقلة العملية التنموية ، مما استوجب على الدولة الجزائرية الاستجابة لمتطلبات سوق العمل، ليشهد التعليم العالي إصلاحات متعاقبة، حيث مست العديد من الجوانب أهمها علاقة الجامعة بعالم الشغل الذي يركز على ربط التكوين الجامعي بالتشغيل، بغية تحقيق مستوى مقبول من اجل الموازنة بين مخرجات الجامعة ومتطلبات سوق العمل انطلاقا من جودة التكوين والاخذ بعين الاعتبار تحضير الطلبة إلى عالم الشغل، قصد الاستجابة لحاجات سوق العمل الذي يشهد تحولا جذريا في مناصب العمل التي أصبحت متغيرة باستمرار وتتطلب كفاءات جديدة أهمها القدرة على التكيف معها. Abstract: Unemployment is a developmental global issue with negative effects on most countries, The university is also related to work as it is the main source to activate the economic development, in addition to the spread of unemployment which contributed to hindering the development process. Therefore, Algeria must respond to the requirements of the labour market. Thus, higher education has consecutive reforms, focusing on linking training with employment, in order to achieve an adequate balance between the university’s outputs and the requirements of the labour market based on the quality of training and students formation in order to respond to the needs of the work which is constantly changing and requiring new competencies.Item دور الأستاذ الجامعي في خدمة المجتمع(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2017-01-01) مزارة, عيسى; ونوقي, عبد القادرنظرا لأهمية أستاذ الجامعة ومكانته ودوره في الفعال في تحقيق أهداف الجامعة، وباعتبار أن الجامعة مؤسسة اجتماعية تحتل مكانة العقل المفكر للمجتمع، ويقع على عاتقها مهام عظام سواء في المجالات العلمية أو المهنية وهذا للنهوض بالمجتمع فتطوره وتضعه ضمن المجتمعات المتطورة أو في طريق التطور، ولن يتأتى ذلك إلا بالأستاذ الجامعي الكفء لأن الجامعة أستاذ. وعلاقة الجامعة بالأستاذ علاقة الجسد بالعقل، وقد ساد الاعتقاد أن وظيفة الأستاذ هي التدريس والبحث العلمي فقط غير أن هذا الاعتقاد غير صحيح فبالإضافة للوظائف السابقة فللأستاذ الجامعي وظيفة ثالثة وتمثل أرفع المهن وأرقاها في جميع المجتمعات وهي خدمة المجتمع، والتي من خلالها تبذل الجامعات جهودا كبيرة في إعداده وتدريبه وفقا لسياسات الدولة وطموحاتها المستقبلية، وتزداد أهمية الأستاذ الجامعي في مجتمعه كلما ازدادت متطلبات الحياة العصرية في ظل المتغيرات العالمية المتسارعة، لأن الأستاذ يعتبر قائد الأمة بقدراته ومهاراته العلمية وسماته ومقوماته الشخصية التي تمكنه من تربية أجيال الأمة فيدخلهم الى معترك الثورة العلمية والتكنولوجية والانفجار المعرفي بما يتناسب ومتغيرات العصر، ومن خلال هذه المقالة يمكننا تسليط الضوء على أهم وظيفة تَشَرفَ بها الأستاذ الجامعي وهي خدمة مجتمعه. The increasing importance of the university professor is no longer to prove. This social institution with multifaceted roles depends on the sucess of this motession. the Sound function of a university requires paying attention the profile of the professor. To achieve its objectives of economic, social and technological Progress, a university must contain within its walls a stall well-formed, highly aware of the aspirations of its society and nation the wide spread belief that a professo ris only there to teach and make research is only partially correct . A professor is primarily there to serve the society, to keep abreast with its social policies, and the peoples future ambitions, aspecially its elite. ou modern life is better served when this profession is at the centre of the social progression towards peace, knowledge and cohésion. L'importance des professeur d’université n'est plus à démontrer il est moteur principal de cette institution social aux rôle grandissants et pour que l'université soit capable d'atteindre ses objectifs de développement économique, progrès social et technologique il n'est plus question de négliger ce maillon essentiel de la chaine des études supérieurs. La croyance largement répandue que le rôle du professeur est seulement d'enseigner et de faire des recherches n'est que partiellement vrai. Un professeur est tout d'abord la pour servir sa société, d'être en harmonie avec les politique sociales de son état, et des ambitions de son peuple notamment son élite. un professeur bien forme , bien conscient des exigences de la vie modem, et au carter foi est le mieux place pour accompagner ses compatriotes dans leur marche vers une société de paix de connaissances et de cohésion.Item اسهامات العولمة والمعلوماتية في تشكيل قيم الأسرة من وجهة نظر الشباب الجامعي في الجزائر(مجلة الأسرة و المجتمع - كلية علم الاجتماع - جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو قاسم سعد الله, 2024-12-31) جميلة, محمديملخص ارتكزت الدراسة على محاولة الوقوف على مدى اسهام العولمة والمعلوماتية في تشكيل قيم الأسرة من وجهة نظر الشباب الجامعي الجزائري. تم استخدام المنهج الكيفي وطبقت الدراسة على عينة من الشباب الجامعي بمستويات مختلفة حيث شملت أسئلة استمارة المقابلة على مجالات أساسية هي الثقافي، الاجتماعي، السياسي والفكري وقد بينت النتائج أن الاسرة في العصر الحالي تمر بأزمة حقيقية واختلال في القيم وظهور نسقا جديدا للحياة الأسرية في المجتمعات العربية والإسلامية عامة والاسرة الجزائرية خاصة بسبب الانفتاح على العالم الغربي وضرورة فهم ظاهرة تراجع الوعي بأهمية النسق القيمي في بناء الفرد والأسرة والمجتمع انطلاقا من المنظومة العقدية الى ترشيد القيم الغربية الوافدة. كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في ظل العولمة والمعلوماتية كالأسرة والمدرسة والمسجد ووسائل الاعلام وان كانت الأسرة تحتل موقعا متميزا مقارنة بالأنظمة الاجتماعية الأخرى، لاعتبار مسؤولية المحافظة على النوع الإنساني واستمرار تراثه الاجتماعي والثقافي والفكري والقيمي من جهة ومسؤولية المحافظة على قيم المجتمع التي تعد الأساس في تنظيم التفاعل الاجتماعي من جهة أخرى. The study was bazed on traying to stand on the extent of globalization s contribution and informatics in shaping family values from his point of view algerian university youth. The qualitative approch has been used and I applied the study to university youth echention at different levels where they included intervew questions on basic areas cultural , social, political and intellectual. The results has been shown that the family in this moment know real problems and imbalance in values and new format system for family life in arab and islamic societies and specialy the algerian family because of openness on the western world and the need to understand the phenomenon of declining awareness the most important of value system in building the person the family and the society starting from nodal system to rationalize incoming western values. In recent years, language has shifted from its main purpose as a medium of communication to becoming a tool to implement exotic cultures inside domestic societies. In the Algerian context, English has become exceptionally prestigious and this supremacy notion has created a growing demand for English language instruction at universities and prompted students' preferences to study English as a major. However, this language integration in education has compelled consequential implications on the cultural identity of Algerian students and led to a devaluation of the Arabic language. Despite the global prevalence of English, it is crucial to preserve local languages as a means of cultural heritage conservation. Accordingly, the study is qualitative in nature where data was collected through classroom observation and interviews administered to a sample of English university teachers. This work investigates how students are affected both linguistically and culturally. English university teachers, as this paper vindicates, have observed this cultural impact and how they can potentially intervene in this cultural transgression by developing students’ cultural awareness. يقدم هذا البحث دراسة إثنوغرافية تهدف إلى استكشاف ولوج اللغة الإنجليزية في النظام التعليمي الجامعي الجزائري وكيف يمكن أن يؤدي إلى انتهاك ثقافي. في السنوات الأخيرة، تحولت هذه اللغة من الغرض الرئيسي منها كوسيلة تواصل إلى أداة لتسرب الثقافات الغريبة داخل المجتمعات المحلية. في المجتمع الجزائري، اكتسبت اللغة الإنجليزية مكانة مرموقة بشكل استثنائي، وأدى هذا المفهوم السائد إلى زيادة الطلب على تعلم اللغة الإنجليزية في الجامعات وتحفيز الطلاب لدراسة اللغة الإنجليزية كتخصص رئيسي. ومع ذلك، أدى دمج هذه اللغة في التعليم إلى آثار وعواقب على الهوية الثقافية للطلاب الجزائريين وأدى إلى التقليل من قيمة اللغة العربية. على الرغم من انتشار اللغة الإنجليزية عالميًا، من المهم الحفاظ على اللغات المحلية كوسيلة لحفظ التراث الثقافي. وفقًا لذلك، تتميز هذه الدراسة بطبيعتها النوعية حيث تم جمع البيانات من خلال ملاحظة الطلاب خلال الفصل الدراسي وإجراء مقابلات مع عينة من أساتذة اللغة الإنجليزية بالجامعة. يبحث هذا العمل في كيفية تأثر الطلاب من الناحية اللغوية والثقافية على حد سواء. وقد لاحظ أساتذة اللغة الإنجليزية بالجامعة، كما يثبت هذا البحث، التأثير الثقافي مع إحتماية تدخلهم في الحد من هذا الإنتهاك الثقافي من خلال تطوير الوعي الثقافي لدى الطلابItem مقومات جودة الحياة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي وعلاقتها بأدائه الوظيفي دراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية / جامعة خنشلة(المرشد-مخبر القياس والإرشاد النفسي-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2018-05-21) حمزاوي, سهىتعد جودة الحياة لدى الأستاذ الجامعي من القضايا المحورية التي برزت مؤخرا في مختلف الدراسات المتعلقة بالجامعات ومؤسسات التعليم العالي بهدف اكتساب نمط حياة متوازن يساعد الأستاذ على التكيف وتحقيق الأداء الوظيفي المطلوب. وعليه تأتي هذه الدراسة الميدانية بهدف إبراز أهم مقومات جودة الحياة (الموضوعية والذاتية) في الوسط الجامعي والتي تخص بالتحديد الأستاذ كونه أحد الأطراف الفاعلة في عملية التكوين. حيث قمنا من خلالها بتوظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لإبراز طبيعة علاقة الارتباط بين كل من الدخل، السكن، المستوى العلمي وبيئة العمل كمؤشرات موضوعية والصحة الجسمية وضغوط العمل كمؤشرات ذاتية وبين الأداء البيداغوجي والعلمي للأستاذ الجامعي. وتوصلت الدراسة في النهائية إلى أنه كلما توافرت هذه المعايير وتجسدت في الواقع كلما كان أداء الأستاذ الجامعي فعالا ومحققا للهدف المنتظر منه. The quality of life of the University professor is one of the pivotal issues that has emerged recently in the various studies related to universities and institutions of higher education With the aim of acquiring a balanced lifestyle that helps the professor to adapt and achieve the required functional performance. Finally, the study found that the more these standards are available and are actually reflected whenever a university professor's performance is effective and achieved the expected goal.Item الممارسات البيداغوجية الادارية في الجامعة الجزائرية في ظل التغيير التنظيمي -دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة كلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة عمار ثليجي بالأغواط(مجلة آفاق وأفكار -جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله-, 2023-02-27) بن دهقان, طاهر; حران, العربيهدفت الدراسة الى معرفة الممارسات البيداغوجية والإدارية داخل الجامعة في ظل عملية التغيير التنظيمي فتمت الدراسة بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة عمار ثلجي بالأغواط على عينة من الأساتذة الجامعين تمثلت في 67 مفردة من أجل تحقيق الهدف من خلال الاستبيان الالكتروني الذي وزع عليهم وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن التغييرات التنظيمية أثرت على الأستاذ الجامعي وأحدثت بعض الاختلالات الوظيفية التي أدت الى تشكل الصراعات تنظيمية داخل التنظيم راجع لغياب التخطيط ودراسة طبيعة التنظيم This contribution is a study of pedagogical and administrative practices in the context of the ongoing organizational change within the Algerian university. With the help of a questionnaire administered online, the survey carried out affected a sample of 67 teachers from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Amar Telidji University of Laghouat. The results obtained show that the organizational changes made at the level of the Algerian university have generated organizational dysfunctions which are at the origin of the development of conflicts in the exercise of pedagogical and administrative prerogatives.
