Item جذور التخلف والاستغلال الاقتصادي الفرنسي لبلدان المغرب العربي نشاط شركة المعادن المغناطيسية "مقطع الحديد" بالجزائر وتونس نموذجًا(مجلة حوليات جامعة الجزائر2, 2022-06-30) دهان, سليمانكانت السياسات الاقتصادية الفرنسية المتبعة في بلدان المغرب العربي من أبرز العوامل في صناعة التخلف، إذ ان عمليات الاستنزاف والاستغلال الاقتصادي لموارد هذه البلدان هو حجر الأساس الذي مكنها من إعتماد سياسات جعلت من خلالها هذه البلدان تابعة لمنظومتها بصفة عامة وللنظام الاقتصادي الكولونيالي على وجه الخصوص، ولعل شركة المعادن المغناطيسية –مقطع الحديد- كان إحدى أهم آليات الإستعمار الإقتصادي الفرنسي لموارد الجزائر وتونس خاصة المعادن ذات الطابع المغناطيسي كالحديد والزنك والرصاص، مُتبعة في سبيل ذلك عدّة أساليب وطرق مباشرة وغير مباشرة، مما مكّنها في الأخير من تحقيق أقصى إستفادة مادية. The French economic policies used in the Arab Maghreb countries were among the most prominent factors in the underdevelopment industry, as the depletion and economic exploitation of the resources of these countries is the cornerstone that enabled them to adopt policies through which these countries made their subordinate to their system in general and to the colonial economic system in particular. The company of magnetic minerals - iron cutters - was one of the most important mechanisms of the French economic colonization of the resources of Algeria and Tunisia, especially minerals of a magnetic nature such as iron, zinc and lead, followed for this purpose by several methods and methods, direct and indirect, which enabled them in the end to achieve the maximum material benefit.Item ادارة الموانئ التونسية خلال الحماية الفرنسية(مجلة المفكر-جامعة الجزائر2-أبو القاسم سعد الله-, 2021-12-31) دهان, سليمانتعتبر الموانئ بمثابة الواجهة الاقتصادية لأي بلد عبر مختلف الأزمنة، فمن خلال نشاطها وركودها ونمط إدارتها يمكن معرفة حقيقة الواقع الاقتصادي والتجاري لذلك البلد، وقد عرفت تونس تحولات كبيرة في موانئها من حيث إعادة البناء والهيكلة الأمر الذي كان له إفرازات جديدة على المبادلات التجارية الخارجية بصوة خاصة والاقتصاد التونسي بصورة عامة في ضل الحماية الفرنسية، والمقال محاولة لتسليط الضوء على التغيرات التي عرفتها موانئ تونس خلال الحماية الفرنسية من حيث السياسة الإدارية الجديدة، وموقع هذه الموانئ ضمن الاقتصاد الفرنسي بتونس The Ports are the economic front of any country across the ages, through its activity and stagnation and the pattern of management can know the reality of the economic and commercial reality of that country, Tunisia has undergone major transformations in its ports in terms of reconstruction and restructuring, which has had new repercussions on foreign exchanges in particular and the Tunisian economy in general in the French protection. And the article an attempt to highlight the changes experienced by the ports of Tunisia during the French protection in terms of the new administrative policy, and the location of these ports within the French economy in Tunisia.
