Item الإبدال الصوتي عند متكلمي اللغة العربية الناطقين بغيرها، الأسباب والحلول أمثلة من الاتراك(مجلة اللسانيات التطبيقية- كلية اللغة العربية وأدابها- جامعة الجزائر 02- أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2024-12-17)من قضايا الفونولوجيا اليوم الإبدال الصوتي الذي يقضي بوضع بدائل للصوت الواحد، فينتج عنه ظهور أصوات جديدة في اللغة لم تكن موجودة من قبل. نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة إلى التعرف على ظاهرة الإبدال الصوتي في اللغة العربية عند فئة الناطقين بغيرها، الأتراك بشكل خاص، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على أسباب العدول لديهم و وسائل العلاج، من خلال دراسة وصفية تحليلية تقدم نماذج لكيفية نطقهم لبعض الأصوات العربية التي لا تملك مقابلا لها في اللغة التركية. و قد أسفرت الدراسة على ضرورة التركيز على المستوى الصوتي في تعليم العربية و على التشابه الموجود بين أصوات اللغتين والفروق بينها، و التركيز أيضا على مخارج هذه الأصوات و صفاتها من أجل تجنب الخطأ في النطق و تحريف المعنى ، مع تكثيف التدريب على نطق الأصوات بشكل صحيح. Abstract : Phonemic substitution is one of the most important issues in phonology. It is the substitution of the language sounds by different allophones, which leads to the appearance of new sounds in the language. In this study, we aim to deal with phonetic substitution in Arabic among non-Arabic speakers, such as Turkish learners, and its causes and solutions through a descriptive-analytical study. We found that it is necessary to focus on the phonetical level while teaching the Arabic language, and the similarities and differences between Arabic and Turkish sounds, their articulation, and characteristics. This research paper aims to highlight the role of linguistic planning strategies in supporting and enhancing the Arabic language in the educational process. The focus of linguistic planning is on restoring the due value of the meanings of the Arabic language among other living languages, which is represented in studying the problems it faces, whether they are purely linguistic problems or problems. Non-linguistic, with the aim of preserving, enhancing and developing it. The content of the research includes defining the concept of linguistic planning, mentioning its most important strategies and objectives. Persian literature has found the way to the presence at the Arab world since the early twentieth century. Arabic translations of many poems from ancient and contemporary Persian writers have been published by the efforts of the translators and publishing institutions. Due to the importance of the efforts exerted by translators and publishers in the flourishing of Persian literature in the Arab society, this research aims to study Arabic translations of masterpieces of Persian poetry and the institutions that were interested in publishing it. It was found through this study that the Arab translators and publishers in the Arab countries had a fundamental role in defining the valuable literary works of Persian heritage in the Arab world.Item السّياسات التّعليميّة في بلدان المغرب العربيّ -دراسة مقارنة في المرجعيّات والغايات-(مجلة اللسانيات التطبيقية- كلية اللغة العربية وأدابها- جامعة الجزائر 02- أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2023-06-09) جوامع, رضاترسم هذه الورقةُ وجهتها، آنَ تبْسُط تطوّر السّياسات التّربويّة في بلدان المغرب العربيّ –معقد المقاربة والمقارنة-، ثمّ تتغيّا التّفكيك النّقديّ للمنطلقات الأسَاسَةِ، والمبادئ العامّة لهذه السّياسات، علاوة على التّوجّهات الكبرى والغايات الجوهريّة، والتّدابير العمليّة، وإجراءات المتابعة التي اتّخذها الفاعلون السّياسيّون، لضمان الفعاليّة القصوى، والتّحوّل من صناعة الكلام إلى بناء الإنسان. وقد قادت الدّراسة إلى حصائل طائيّة أهمها: أنّ السياسات التعليميّة المغاربيّة قد سقطت في وضعية (اللاتطابق) (Inadécation) بين مخرجات أنظمة التّعليم والتّكوين، وبين قطاعات الشّغل والاقتصاد والمجالات الإنتاجيّة والاجتماعيّة العامّة، حيث تجلَّت مردوديّة هذه المنظومة في بطالة الخرّجين من الشّباب، حاملي المؤهّلات العلميّة المختلفة. كما أنّ دساتير السّياسات التّربويّة المغاربيّة هي أجوبة سياسيّة أكثر منها أجوبةٌ تربويّة وبيداغوجيّة عن مشكلات التّربية والتّعليم، باعتبار السّياسات التّربويّة السّائدة آصرة الصّلة بالمشروع المجتمعيّ والاختيارات السّياسيّة This paper defines its destination, when it presents the development of educational policies in the Maghreb countries –the place of study and comparison -, and then seeks to critically disassemble the basic principles and general principles of these policies, in addition to the major trends and core goals, practical measures, and follow-up measures adopted by political actors, to ensure maximum effectiveness, and the transition from speech-making to human building. The study has reached the most important results: that the Maghreb educational policies have fallen into a situation of (mismatch) between the outputs of the education systems, and between the labor and economic sectors and the general productive and social fields, where the profitability of this system was represented by the unemployment of young graduates, holders of various scientific qualifications. This study aims to uncover the ambiguities that some contemporaries see in the standard of Arabic grammar, which led to tension and attraction between scholars and researchers. It also aims to find out the degree of convergence between the grammatical product in its standard dress and the product of modern linguistics which is still based on description only. Given the importance of analogy with the rules that regulate speech for us in our daily life, language learners often ask about the validity of some methods and the validity of some of the combinations, and when the specialist is concerned with the answer, he brings up in his mind a set of controls related to his speech, the relationship of grammar with the rule - if - a strong relationship The grammarians ended up establishing their lines and landing their journeys. Within the enormous evolution that science witnesses اtoday in many different specialties and fields, besides the large emergence of the scientific terms as a result of this evolution, the need of translation the new terms is also required so as to extend its spreading area in to offer the opportunity to multilingual people to cope with scientific and technological progress one hand and to help enrich their languages and lexis with scientific language and terms in the other. Many scientific terms in the same language and the same specialty are multiple , not fixed and lack of coherence with their meaning or between a set of terms that are supposed to convey the same meaning in the same specialty and language. This study aims to highlight the problematic of translating discourse analysis terms into Arabic language which is facing a considerable mess of terminology nowadays because of the divergence and disagreement of Arabic language institutions and research centers, and this by mean of an applied study based on the most widespread discourse analysis dictionaries. Dans le cadre de l'énorme évolution que la science connaît aujourd'hui dans de nombreuses spécialités et domaines différents, outre la grande émergence des termes scientifiques à la suite de cette évolution, le besoin de traduction des nouveaux termes est également requis afin d'étendre sa zone de diffusion pour offrir l'opportunité pour les personnes multilingues de faire face aux progrès scientifiques et technologiques d'une part et de contribuer à enrichir leurs langues et leur lexique avec le langage et les termes scientifiques d'autre part. De nombreux termes scientifiques d'une même langue et d'une même spécialité sont multiples, non figés et manquent de cohérence avec leur sens ou entre un ensemble de termes censés véhiculer le même sens dans une même spécialité et langue. Both of which is why our research is marked by: The impact of grammatical durability on Arabic language education.Item التوافق الشكلي للمتقابلات المصطلحي باللغتين العربية والفرنسية من خلال عينة من مصطلحات الجغرافيا(مجلة المفكر-جامعة الجزائر2-أبو القاسم سعد الله-, 2017-12-10) قالون, فهيمةتشهد الدراسات اللغوية والعلمية المعاصرة اهتماما متزايدا بالمصطلحات لبروز أهميتها في تطوير العلوم وانتشارها بين أهل الاختصاص في مختلف الأقطار بغية تحقيق التواصل العلمي الفعال. هذا يعني إنشاء منظومة مصطلحية متكاملة ومنسجمة تتألف من مصطلحات تتوفر فيها خصائص المصطلح العلمي وهي أحادية المعنى ووضوح المفهوم داخل السجل الاصطلاحي الواحد. ولا تتحقق هذه المواصفات إلا باعتماد الطرائق السليمة لوضع المصطلح في كل لغة ومنها اللغة العربية وعملا بالمبادئ الأساسية في وضع واختيار المصطلحات العلمية .
