Item مسؤولية حفظ الأرشيف المحاسبي بين مبدأ السرية المالية ومتطلبات الذاكرة الوطنية: الخزينة الولائية بالجزائر نموذجًا(مجلة دراسات في العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية- كلية العلوم الإنسانية-جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله., 2026-06-09) محديد، مراحيعكس الأرشيف المحاسبي التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للدولة، باعتباره أداةً للإثبات والضبط والرقابة، تضمن استمرارية المؤسسات وتعزز حوكمة أدائها، كما يُعدّ في الوقت ذاته مكوّنًا جوهريًا من مكوّنات الذاكرة الوطنية. وتستهدف هذه الدراسة تحليل الإطار المفاهيمي والقانوني لمسؤولية حفظ الأرشيف المحاسبي، من خلال إبراز العلاقة التكاملية بين وظيفة الحفظ المؤسسي ودور الأرشيف الوطني في صون الذاكرة الجماعية، وصولًا إلى اقتراح آليات عملية لتعزيز الحوكمة الأرشيفية وترسيخ الممارسات الفضلى في مجال حفظ الأرشيف، تسمح بتنسيق أدوار الجهات المعنية وضمان انتقال آمن للأرشيف المحاسبي بما يوازن بين الرقابة المالية وحفظ الذاكرة الوطنية. Accounting archives reflect the state’s economicandsocial transformations and serve as tools of evidence,oversight, and governance, while also formingacorecomponent of national memory. The study examines the legal andconceptualframework for their preservation and proposes mechanismsto coordinate stakeholders’ roles and ensuressecuremanagement that balances financial oversight withthesafeguarding of national memory.Item وثائق تاريخ الجزائر الحديث المحفوظة في دور الأرشيف الإيطالية ( البربقندا فيدي، والفاتيكان، و روما، و الفيكارياتو)(مجلة الدراسات التاريخية -قسم التاريخ- كلية العلوم الإنسانية جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله., 2024-12-29) سعيـــود، إبراهيمإن دراسة العلاقات بين الجزائر والدويلات الإيطالية خلال الفترة الحديثة، من خلال وثائق الأرشيفات الإيطالية، تتيح لنا فرصة التوظيف المنهجي لمحتوى هذه الوثائق، ما يؤدي إلى تعميق معرفنا التاريخية لطبيعة المواضيع المختلفة لهذه العلاقات. لقد أتاحت لنا فرصة زيارة مراكز أرشيف " بربقندا فيدي " و " دولة روما " و " فيكارياتو" و" أرشيف دولة ليفورنو" والفاتيكان الاطلاع على وثائق مهمّة، ما سمح لنا بالقيام بدراسة مبنية على مقاربات تاريخية للعلاقات مع الدويلات الإيطالية، وبالفاتيكان، والدول المسيحية الأخرى الواقعة على الضفة الشمالية للبحر المتوسط. Studying the relationships between Algeria and the Italian states during the modern era through out the documents preserved in the Italian archives allows us to exploit systematically the data of these documents, as well as to deepen our historical knowledge about different themes that concern these relationships The archives of congregation « De Propaganda Fide », « Stato di Roma », and « Storico del Vicariato di Roma » that we consulted permit to make historical approaches on these relationships; firstly, with Italy and the Vatican, then with the Christian countries situated in the North coast of the Mediterranean sea. Etudier les relations de l’Algérie avec les états Italiens à l’époque moderne à travers les documents conservés auprès des archives Italiennes, nous permet d’exploiter systématiquement les données de ces documents, et d’approfondir nos connaissances historiques sur les différents thèmes relatifs à ces relations. Les Archives de la congrégation « De Propaganda fide » de « Stato di Roma » et de « Storico del Vicariato di Roma » que nous avons consultés permettent de faire une approches historique sur ces relations d’abord avec l’Italie et le Vatican, puis avec les pays chrétiens situés sur la rive nord de la Méditerranée.Item Architectural Archives: Documentary Diversity And Management Methods In The Context Of Digital Transformation(المجلة المغاربية للمخطوطات-مخبر المخطوطات-كلية العلوم الانسانية جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2025-12-31) صوشي سليم; شيهاب أنفالThe architectural archives constitutes a wealth of documents and information that generally express the urban environment and its development throughout history. Collecting, preserving and sharing the archive related to architecture with the public not only contributes to enhancing knowledge about architecture as a cultural and civilizational product that attracts private and public interest, but all of these steps are considered a means to ensure the preservation, maintenance and protection of buildings and residential neighborhoods, and their reuse and exploitation in an appropriate manner. In this context, this study focuses on identifying the architectural archives, as an institutional memory and evidence of all documents and files for projects and designs on building engineering and the development of architecture, in addition to identifying its forms and methods of managing, archiving and preserving it. يشكل أرشيف العمارة ثروة من الوثائق والمعلومات التي تعبر بصفة عامة عن البيئة العمرانية وتطورها عبر التاريخ، فجمع الأرشيف المتعلق بالهندسة المعمارية وحفظه ومشاركته مع العامة لا يساهم فحسب في تعزيز المعرفة حول العمارة كنتاج ثقافي وحضاري يستقطب اهتماما خاصا وعاما، بل تعتبر هذه الخطوات كلها وسيلة لضمان المحافظة على الأبنية والأحياء السكنية وصونها وحمايتها، وإعادة استخدامها واستغلالها بالشكل المناسب، في هذا الإطار، تصب هذه الدراسة حول التعرف على أرشيف الهندسة المعمارية، كذاكرة مؤسساتية ودليل إثبات لكل الوثائق والملفات لمشاريع وتصاميم حول هندسة البناء وتطور العمارة، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على أشكاله وطرق تسيير وأرشفته وحفظه.Item مركزية القضية الفلسطينية عند الحركة الوطنية الجزائرية (1920-1962)(2024-06-30) بوغفالة, ودانAfter the end of World War I, the Arab world was subjected to a colonial plan that targeted its geographical unity and cultural depth, and its political map was placed on the table of division and fragmentation in light of unjust secret and public international agreements. At that time, Algeria had been under the influence of French colonialism since 1830 AD. This situation did not prevent Algerian thinkers and scholars from addressing and taking a stand on the painful developments that the rest of the Arab world has witnessed. After the announcement of the British mandate in Palestine, the Palestinian question was at the center of discussions in the speeches of the leaders and intellectuals of the Algerian National Movement. To approach this subject and explore its secrets in this study, we return, through a historical approach, to the letters, reports and memoirs of the actors in local and foreign archives, in order to evaluate them and read their content critically and analytically in order to determine the lessons they offer and the dimensions they provide. To what extent has the Palestinian question contributed to crystallizing the liberal consciousness of the national question and to shaping the collective perception of the unity of the Arab destiny? What was the impact of this question on the issues of communication with the West, with its civilization and institutions?Item نشاط قبائل الشعانبة على الحدود الطرابلسية الجزائرية مطلع القرن العشرين و موقف الإدارتين العثمانية و الفرنسية منه من خلال وثائق الأرشيف العثماني(2021-12-29) لكحل, الشيخIn this research paper, the researcher deals with the problem of the activity of the Chaamba tribes on the Tripoli-Algerian borders at the beginning of the twentieth century and the position of the Ottoman and French administrations regarding it. In studying this problem, the researcher relied on translating and studying some of the documents who had seen in the Ottoman Archives. At the end, The researcher concluded that the activity of the Chaamba tribes, during the period under study, was not acceptable to the French or the Ottomans. And that the military actions of this tribes on the Tripoli border, was a cycle of resistance against the French colonialist, and those groups were not related to the Ottoman authority in Tripoli, and did not work in its favor.Item أرشيف المحكمة الشرعية بشرشال و أهميته(مجلة المفكر-جامعة الجزائر2-أبو القاسم سعد الله-, 2023-06-17) بحيري, يامنةمن بين الأرصدة الهامة التي يحتفظ بها أرشيف ولاية تيبازة ذات القيمة الإجتماعية والإقتصادية والدينية رصيد الفترة الإستعمارية الخاص بالمحكمة الشرعية بشرشال، والذي من خلاله يمكن استخلاص معلومات هامة تعكس لنا الطابع الإجتماعي والنشاط الاقتصادي والتطور التاريخي لمجتمع هذه المدينة. إن إشكالية هذه المقالة تطرح موضوع سجلات المحكمة الشرعية بشرشال وأهميتها من خلال التعريف بها وبأهم مميزاتها، بالإضافة إلى كيفية كتابتها، ودور القاضي الذي كان له حق الحكم الشرعي في القضايا طبقا لتعاليم الدين الإسلامي. وما يمكن استنتاجه من خلال دراسة هذه السجلات ومكانتها كأهم مصدر لكتابة التاريخ الإجتماعي والإقتصادي والثقافي للجزائر. Among the important documents kept by the archives of the state of Tipaza, which have social, economic and religious value, are the documents of the colonial period of the Sharia Court in Cherchell, from which important information can be extracted that reflects our social character, economic activity and historical development of the society of this city The problem of this article raises the issue of the records of the Sharia court in Cherchell and its importance by defining it and its most important features, in addition to how it was written, and the role of the judge who had the right to judge legal cases in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic religion. And what can be concluded by studying these records and their position as the most important source for writing the social, economic and cultural history of Algeria
