Item Obstacles to Scientific Research among University Professors at Algerian Universities(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة-التنمية-الوقاية من الانحراف والاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2025-07-10) Arab, Fatiha; Ammari, AmalThis study reveals the various obstacles and challenges faced by the research-professor at the Algerian university, in terms of pedagogical, professional, training, administrative, and social aspects. The study aimed at assessing the extent of each of these aspects in the life of the researcher-professor and their impact on the performance expected from them, both in terms of pedagogical and scientific-research output. To attain this, well-known methodological approaches were employed by structuring the research into a general introduction that included an introduction to the study and an explanation of the work plan, a theoretical section in which the theoretical cognitive background was included, and an applied section in which the descriptive approach tools were employed to collecting information and analyzing and interpreting the results. The study included a questionnaire through which information was gathered, a Proportion Test and a Chi-square test to respectively quantify and assess the findings. The results confirm the hypotheses suggested at the beginning of the study, with further details provided in the remainder of this Article.Item Scientific research laboratories and their role in advancing and producing scientific knowledge - a field study At the Abbes Laghrour university laboratories In Khenchela(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2024-03-31)The university is regarded as a social and scientific entity concerned with bringing researchers and scientific competencies together to benefit from their human and material potential in order to improve social and economic conditions in society. It also significantly contributes to the performance of the scientific research function as well as the preservation of cultural heritage and values in a qualitative composition of human resources eager to carry out the process of research and scientific knowledge production.We wanted to shine a light on Algerian universities in order to identify research laboratories and competencies in the process of producing scientific knowledge.Item Entretien Avec Dr. Fadila Oulebsir, Directrice De Liraddi : « La Recherche Scientifique Est Avant Tout Une éthique »(مجلة لغات ، تحليل الخطاب، والتداخل لكلية اللغات الأجنبية جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2023-12-31) Rezzik Mohamed, MohamedC’est une rencontre avec la Directrice du Laboratoire LIRADDI, sis à l’université Alger 2. Notre interviewée nous présente le Laboratoire de recherche qu’elle dirige. A travers cette présentation, elle affirme qu’il ne peut pas y avoir d’activité scientifique si on ne la met pas au cœur de l’activité sociale. Les chercheurs doivent être à l’écoute de leurs sociétés et les résultats de leurs travaux doivent servir leur vécu. Elle met l’accent aussi, sur les défis et les difficultés qui entravent la mission des chercheurs en expliquant que les principes qui régulent et cadrent cette activité sont la coopération entre les différents acteurs et l’éthique. This is a meeting with the Director of the LIREDDI Laboratory, located at the University of Algiers 2. Our interviewee introduces us to the Research Laboratory she directs. Through this presentation, she asserts that there can be no scientific activity if it is not placed at the heart of social activity. Researchers must listen to their society and the results of their work must serve their experiences. It also emphasizes the challenges and difficulties that make scientific research difficult, explaining that the principles that regulate and frame this activity are cooperation between the different actors and ethics.
