Item اقتراح حلول ميدانية للتكفل الأنجح بذوي الاعاقات الشديدة والمتعددة(المجلة الجزائرية للتربية والصحة النفسية-التربية والصحة النفسية-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 أبوالقاسم سعد الله, 2024-06-30) الكوري, أثيرهذهِ الورقة البحثية حولَ اقتراح حلول ميدانية للتكفل الأنجح بذوي الاعاقات الشديدة والمتعددة، حيث يمتاز العصر الذي نعيش فيه بسرعة التَّطور والتَّغير، وهذا يؤدى إلى التَّطور الكبير في المؤسسات والمراكز في المجتمع، ولهذا برزت أهمية الاهتمام بذوي الاعاقة والحالات الخاصة وبمستواهم المعيشي، وبحسن التخطيط والادارة والتكفل الأنجح لتوفير لهم سبل العيش ورغد الحياة، وليتمكنوا من مُجاراة صعوبات الحياة والتغلب عليها، حيث أصبح خيار استراتيجي لكل مُؤسسة حكومية ومجتمعية لإعداد أفرادها لمواجهة هذه التحديات لأنهم جزء مهم من المجتمع، ومن هنا تأتي الحاجة لِتطوير وتنمية معارف ذوي الاعاقة والحالات الخاصة عنْ طريق معرفة احتياجاتِهم، وتحديد الصعوبات التي تعوق مواصلة اندماجهم بالمجتمع بنفس مستوى أقرانهم، فهم يمتلكون طاقات كبيرة ويمكن الاستفادة منها، وأوصت الباحثة بالتكفل المادي وتوفير أدوات ومستلزمات مجانية لذوي الإعاقة والاحتياجات الخاصة، والتكفل النفسي ورفع الروح المعنوية لهم وتعزيز ثقتهم بأنفسهم. This research paper is about proposing field solutions for the most successful care for people with severe and multiple disabilities, as the era in which we live is characterized by rapid development and change, and this leads to great development in institutions and centers in society, and for this the importance of caring for people with disabilities and special cases and their standard of living, and good planning, management and care has emerged. The most successful to provide them with the means of livelihood and the well-being of life, and so that they can keep pace with life’s difficulties and overcome them, as it has become a strategic choice for every governmental and community institution to prepare its members to face these challenges because they are an important part of society, and hence the need to develop and develop the knowledge of people with disabilities and special cases by knowing their needs And identifying the difficulties that hinder their further integration into society at the same level as their peers, as they have great energies and can benefit from them.Item LE DISCOURS PUBLICITAIRE TÉLÉVISUEL ALGERIEN COMME BERCEAU, RELAIS ET CATALYSEUR DES REPRÉSENTATIONS SOCIÉTALES(المجلة الجزائرية لعلوم اللسان -مخبر اللسانيات وعلم الاجتماع اللغوي وتعليمية اللغات-كلية الغة العربية وآدابها واللغات الشرقية جامعة الجزائر -2-, 2017-11-27) BESTANDJI, NabilaLe XXI siècle a vu le pouvoir des médias décupler, ces derniers se sont transformés en véritables fabriques de sens et de diffuseurs de représentations. Le discours employé en son sein cultive la logique du faire simple et du vraisemblable. A cet effet, il enrôle un ensemble de représentations familières et potentiellement déchiffrables par le consommateur / énonciataire, employées au service d’une information se devant être impérativement accessible par le grand public. Ces représentations, souvent stéréotypées, apparaissent comme de véritables stratégies pour faire adhérer l’autre aux discours produits. Ces derniers se retrouvent, donc, chargés de repères culturels, religieux, idéologiques, sociétaux qui apparaissent comme un panel d’images distillées dans les énoncés, sorte de maillons incontournables mis au service du tissage global du sens et de l’identité. C’est cette toile complexe que l’on va essayer de démêler à travers l’étude de 104 publicités algériennes. The XXI century saw the power of the media multiply tenfold, the latter transformed into real fabrics of meaning and disseminators of representations. The discourse employed in it cultivates the logic of the simple and the plausible. To this end, it enrolls a set of representations familiar and potentially decipherable by the consumer / enunciator, employed in the service of information which must be imperatively accessible by the general public. These representations, often stereotyped, appear as real strategies to make the other adhere to the discourses produced. The latter find themselves, therefore, entrusted with cultural, religious, ideological and societal landmarks, which appear as a panel of distilled images in the utterances, a sort of unavoidable link put at the service of the global weaving of meaning and identity. It is this complex web that we will try to unravel through the study of 104 Algerian advertisementsItem التداعيات الأمنية المجتمعية للطلاق على الابناء(مجلة حوليات جامعة الجزائر2, 2022-12-31) بصيلة, نجيبالأسرة هي حامية المجتمع وهي الخلية الأساسية فيه، وأي اهتزاز لهذه الخلية يؤثر مباشرة على المجتمع وتعد مسالة الطلاق من المؤثرات السلبية جدا على المجتمع، وقد أثيرت هذه المسالة في العديد من المرات واثيرت معها التداعيات التي يخلفها هذا الطلاق. تتعرض أي أسرة لهزات وصدمات طيلة مسيرتها الحياتية وفي الكثير منها تستطيع تخطيها وتجاوز آثارها إلا أن الطلاق الذي يحدث صدمة قوية ينتج عنها شرخ وتصدع في كيان الاسرة، فالطلاق هو حدث صادم داخل الاسرة ويؤدي الى تغيرات هامة في يومياتها فيؤدي الى إعادة توزيع الأدوار بين الوالدين ويؤدي الى تبعات أخرى وتداعيات تبدأ من فشل فردين في القدرة على الانسجام والتفاهم لتبدأ سلسة أخرى من الإخفاقات الاسرية ثم المجتمعية. في هذه الورقة نحاول ان نستعرض التداعيات التي تنتج عن الطلاق في شقها الأمني، أي كيف تؤثر مخرجات الطلاق على الأبناء والامن المجتمعي، خاصة وان الأبناء سيكونون عرضة لكل أنواع الآفات الاجتماعية ويتحولون الى مهددين للأمن بفعل انحرافهم أخلاقي وسلوكهم الانحرافي وجنوحهم، ويتحولون من ضحايا الى جناة. The family is the protector of society and constitutes its basic cell, and any vibration of this cell directly affects society. The issue of divorce is one of the most negative influences on society. This issue has been raised several times and the repercussions that this divorce leaves behind have been raised. In this paper, we attempt to review the repercussions that result from divorce in its security aspect, that is, how the outcomes of divorce affect children and societal security, especially since children will be vulnerable to all kinds of social ills and turn into threats to security due to their moral deviation, deviant behavior, and delinquency, and they will turn from victims into perpetrators.
