Item تطورالدولة في الإسلام ( المفهوم، النشأة، المراحل والتحول )(مجلة الدراسات التاريخية -قسم التاريخ- كلية العلوم الإنسانية جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2023-03-09) الشيخ، عدةيهدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على تاريخية الدولة في الإسلام، ومراحل تشكلها وتطورها، وذلك من خلال عرض المفاهيم المختلفة للدولة، منها المفهوم الإسلامي والخلدوني والغربي، والتي تتفق على أن الدولة هي مجموعة من الأفراد تستقر بأرض معينة وتخضع لحكومة ما، وهي تتوفر على ثلاثة عناصر أساسية( الشعب، الإقليم، والسلطة). وتطرقنا بعدها الى مراحل تشكل الدولة في الإسلام بالحديث عن دولة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم، ثم دولة الخلفاء الراشدين، وأخيرا دول الملوك والسلاطين، بداية من عهد الخليفة الأموي معاوية بن أبي سفيان حين ورث الحكم لإبنه يزيد، وسير من جاء بعده من الخلفاء الأومويين والعباسيين على نفس الخط، وفي الأخير تطرقنا الى تأثير العصبية ودورها في تحول نظام الحكم في الإسلام بالتخلي على نظام الشورى في اختيار الحاكم واستبدالها بالعصبية، وختمنا البحث بمجموعة من النتائج. This research aims to identify the history of the state in Islam, and the stages of its formation and development, by presenting the different concepts of the state, including the Islamic, Khaldounian and Western concepts, which agree that the state is a group of individuals who settle in a specific land and are subject to a government, and it has three basic elements (The people, the territory, and the authority). We then touched on the stages of the formation of the state in Islam by talking about the state of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, then the state of the Rightly Guided Caliphs, and finally the states of kings and sultans, beginning with the era of the Umayyad caliph Muawiyah bin Abi Sufyan when he inherited power to his son Yazid, and the course of the Umayyad and Abbasid caliphs who came after him. On the same line, and in the end we touched on the influence of fanaticism and its role in transforming the ruling system in Islam by abandoning the Shura system in choosing the ruler and replacing it with fanaticism, and we concluded the research with a set of results.Item الخدمة العمومية: المقاربة النظرية والجذور التاريخية(مجلة المفكر-جامعة الجزائر2-أبو القاسم سعد الله-, 2020-12-30) فار, كماليعكس تعدد المقاربات التي تتناول مفهوم الخدمة العمومية، التعقيد المتواجد بخصوص هذا المفهوم، فعدم الوضوح المرتبط بتعريفه، وكذلك تباين النظرة إلى الخدمة العمومية، هو الأمر الذي جعل منه موضوعا محل نقاش مستمر إلى يومنا هذا.حيث نجد أن موضوع الخدمة العمومية من بين المواضيع التي احتلت الصدارة في العديد من المجتمعات، وأعطي أهمية بالغة لدى الباحثين، بعد أن كان محل اهتمام السياسيين وصناع القرار والمخططين. The multiplicity of approaches that deal with the concept of public service reflects the complexity of this concept. The lack of clarity associated with its definition, as well as the divergence in the perception of the public service, made it a subject of constant discussion to this day. Has been at the forefront of many societies, and has been of great interest to researchers, having been the focus of politicians, decision-makers and planners.Item الانتليجنسيا المغاربية والراهن الحضاري قراءة في كتاب "العقل السياسي العربي" للجابري(2018-07-28) أولاد سيدي الشيخ, عبد الرحماننقدم في هذه المحاولة إطلالة على مسار أحد أقطاب الفكر الفلسفي على الصعيدين العربي والانساني، الأستاذ محمد عابد الجابري الذي يمثل الأنتليجنسيا المغاربية. وتوقفنا عند سلسلة ابداعاته المعروفة "نقد العقل العربي"، وركزنا على كتابه "العقل السياسي العربي" الذي يعد واسطة عقد انتاجه الفكري لأنه رصد تجليات الراهن الحضاري في واقعها السياسي، ولقد قمنا بعملية جرد علمي لاهم افكار هذا الكتاب وذلك من خلال قراءة هادئة لفصوله العشر التي تناولت تطور مفهوم الدولة في سياق محدداتها، كذا الدولة في تجلياتها السياسية والميثولوجية، التنويرية، الإيديولوجية، وصولا إلى حوصلة لآفاق العقل السياسي والعربي ودولته ومؤسساتها الحديثة التي تواكب الراهن الحضاري الإنساني In this attempt we present an overview of the path of one of the philosophers of philosophical thought on the Arab and human levels، Professor Mohamed Abed AlJabri، who represents the Maghreb intelligentsia. We focused on his book "The Arab Political Mind"، which is the mode of holding his intellectual production because he has monitored the manifestations of the civilized present in its political reality. We have carried out a scientific inventory of the most important ideas of this book، A calm reading of his ten chapters dealing with the development of the concept of the state in the context of its determinants، as well as the state in its political، mythological، enlightenment and ideological manifestations، reaching the horizons of the political and Arab mind and state and its modern institutions that accompany the human civilization.
