Item التوعية المرورية وتأثيرها في الوعي المروري المجتمع الجزائري –أنموذجا-(الاسرة والمجتمع-الاسرة و التنمية والوقاية من الانحراف و الاجرام-كلية العلوم الاجتماعية-جامعة الجزائر2 ابو القاسم سعد الله, 2019-06-30) لدرم, أحمدتعرف التوعوية المرورية أنها تلك الأنشطة المختلفة التي تهدف إلى تذكير مستعملي الطريق بالأخطار التي تشكلها بعض السلوكيات المخالفة لقواعد السلامة المرورية، والتي غالبا ما تؤدي إلى وقوع حوادث مرورية مأساوية، كما تهدف أيضا إلى التنبيه والإرشاد وإلى اعتماد السلوك السليم أثناء السياقة ومحاولة الإقناع بعدم ارتكاب الأخطاء المرورية حفاظا على سلامة كل مستعملي الطريق، لذلك فإن التوعية المرورية تمثل نشاط اتصالي منظم من خلال استراتيجية لها أهدافها العامة والخاصة وترتكز على أبعاد مختلفة دينية، إنسانية، نفسية، اجتماعية، اقتصادية ومبنية على تخطيط علمي وتنفيذ احترافي ومتابعة دقيقة للنتائج المتوقعة، وتحدد جمهورها المستهدف بدقة وعناية، ويتم تنفيذها من خلال مراحل استراتيجية طويلة وقصيرة المدى باستخدام الوسائل الاتصالية المناسبة للتأثير على المتلقي بما يساعد على نجاحها وتحقيق أهدافها. Traffic awareness is defined as the various activities that aim at reminding road users of the dangers posed by certain behaviors that violate traffic safety rules, which often lead to tragic traffic accidents. They also aim at alerting and guiding toward sound behavior while driving and trying to convince them not to make mistakes. Traffic awareness is an organized communication activity through a strategy that has general and specific objectives and is based on different religious, human, psychological, social and economic dimensions and is based on scientific planning, implementation of professional and accurate follow-up to the expected results, and identifies its audience carefully targeted, and implemented through long and short-term strategy phases using the appropriate means of communication to influence the recipient so as to help their success and achieve its objectives.Item جودة التكوين في مدارس تعليم السياقة و دورها في تحقيق السلامة المرورية " دراسة حالة نساء تحصلنّ على رخصة السياقة "(مجلة المفكر -جامعة الجزائر2-أبو القاسم سعد الله-, 2024-06-15) زهرة كشرود, زهرةأصبحت حوادث المرور من أهم الظواهر الخطيرة التي تحصد العديد من أرواح البشر عبر مختلف أنحاء العالم ، الشيء الذي يستدعي الاهتمام بها و تظافر كل الجهود من مختلف الأطراف سواء حكومية أو مجتمع مدني مؤسسات التكوين للتقليص من خطورتها . سوف نهتم في هذا الموضوع بطرف أو قطب مهم و هو مدارس تعليم السياقة لما لها من أهمية في رفع كفاءة السائقين وهذا من خلال تقديم تكوين ذو جودة يمكّن الفرد من قيادة المركبة بكل آمان ويحترم كل القوانين ، وبالتالي التقليل من حوادث المرور و تحقيق السلامة المرورية . من خلال الأهمية المذكورة لمدارس تعليم السياقة سنحاول الكشف عن واقع هذه المؤسسات في الجزائر و من خلال نوعية الخدمات التعليمية المقدمة ، هل فعلا تحقق الغرض الذي وضعت لأجله ؟ ام هي مجرد مراكز تمنح رخص السياقة دون اعتبار للكفاءة . للاقتراب أكثر من الموضوع تم استجواب بعض الحالات (مجموعة من النساء ) ممن تحصلن على رخصة السياقة عن واقع التكوين و تجربتهنّ في تلك المدارس . Traffic accidents have become one of the most important dangerous phenomena that claim many human lives throughout various parts of the world, which requires attention to them and the concerted efforts of all parties, whether governmental, civil society or training institutions, to reduce their danger. In this topic, we will pay attention to an important aspect, which is driving schools, because of their importance in raising the efficiency of drivers. This is through providing quality training that enables the individual to drive the vehicle safely and respect all laws, thus reducing traffic accidents and achieving traffic safety. Through the mentioned importance of driving schools, we will try to reveal the reality of these institutions in Algeria through the quality of educational services provided. Do they actually achieve the purpose for which they were developed? Or are they just centers that grant driving licenses without regard to competence? To get closer to the topic, some cases (a group of women) who obtained a driving license were interrogated about the reality of training and their experience in those schools.
