تسيير النفايات المنزلية في ولاية الجزائر بين الثقافة البيئية و واقع هياكل النظافة

Abstract

أصبح تسيير النفايات المنزلية في الوقت الراهن يشكل تحدي بالنسبة للمشرفين على تسيير مدينة الجزائر ، وهذا راجع إلى زيادة كمية طرح النفايات وتنوعها بسبب التمركز الحضري والعيش بنمط حياة عصرية ، وعجز البلديات من التحكم الأمثل في مشكل النفايات الشيء الذي دفع بالسلطات إلى التفكير في إيجاد حلول لهذه المشكلة فتم استحداث مؤسستين تنشطان في هذا المجال وهما المؤسستان ذات الطابع الصناعي والتجاري اكسترانات ونات- كوم، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بدور هاتان المؤسستان في مجال تسيير النّفايات المنزلية وما مدى اعتمادهما على المعايير الدولية في التسيير من أجل تحقيق أهداف الخطة الإستراتيجية للتنمية للجزائر والتي تهدف إلى جعل مدينة الجزائر عاصمة ذات بعد عالمي The management of household waste has become a real challenge today for those responsible for managing the city of Algiers. This is due to the increasing amount and diversity of waste generated, as a result of urban concentration and modern lifestyles ,along with the municipalities inability to effectively control waste issues this has led authorities to consider finding solution to this problem by equipping two institution that specialize in this field, namely Extranet and Net-com these tow institution, operating in the fields of industry and commerce , play a cruel role in household waste management and the extent to which they rely on international standards to improve their performance .This is aimed at achieving the goals of the strategic plan for sustainable development in the Algerian capital.
