الفعل النقابي للتنظيمات الطلابية في الجامعة الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية بجامعة الجلفة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل سوسيولوجيا الفعل النقابي للتنظيمات الطلابية في الجامعة الجزائرية، من خلال تحديد استراتيجية عمل كل من التنظيمات الطلابية والإدارة الجامعية البيداغوجية والاجتماعية، ولفهم هذا الفعل الاجتماعي تم الاعتماد على المنهج الكيفي، حيث تم اجراء مجموعة من المقابلات البحثية، ليتم الوصول إلى أن الانخراط في التنظيمات الطلابية يقوم على مبدأ تحقيق المنفعة من خلال اشباع مختلف الحاجات، كما تختلف الاستراتيجيات وفقا لاختلاف المواقف إذ تقوم التنظيمات الطلابية على الاستراتيجية الهجومية مُمثلة أساسا في الإضرابات، في حين تقوم الإدارة الجامعية على الاستراتيجية الدفاعية من خلال المناورات. This study aims to analyze the sociology of union action of student organizations at the Algerian Universities by defining the work strategy of student organizations and pedagogic and social university administration. To understand this social action, the qualitative approach was adopted; and a series of research interviews were conducted, and finally we concluded that engagement in student organizations is based on the principle of achieving benefit by satisfying different needs. Strategies vary according to different attitudes: Student organizations embrace an offensive strategy, mainly through strikes, while university administration adopt a defensive strategy via maneuvering.
