العنف ضد المرأة العاملة وانعكاساته السوسيومهنية في القطاع الصحي دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة الصحية العمومية بولاية برج بوعريريج

Abstract

تهتم هذه الدراسة بدراسة العنف الممارس ضد المرأة العاملة في القطاع الصحي العمومي، وانعكاساته السوسيومهنية، حيث تم تسليط الضوء على معاناة مسكوت عنها خصوصًا أن هذا القطاع يُعد من أكثر المجالات التي تعرف احتكاكًا مباشرًا مع الجمهور وضغطًا مهنيًا. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، كما طبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من 300 مبحوثة، موزعة على 14 مؤسسة صحية عمومية بولاية برج بوعريريج. وتوصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: • نسبة 71% من النساء العاملات تعرضن للعنف أكثر من مرة، وتعرضت المبحوثات لأشكال مختلفة من العنف النفسي، والتحرش الجنسي، والعنف الجسدي. • أن فئة الممرضات والطبيبات أكثر الفئات المهنية تضررا من العنف الممارس. • مرافقي المرضى أكثر الأشخاص الممارسين للعنف • نتج عن العنف الممارس ضد المرأة العاملة في المؤسسة الصحية العمومية انعكاسات صحية متعددة، وانعكاسات مهنية متعددة، وانعكاسات متعددة في المحيط الأسري.

This study focuses on violence against working women in the public healthcare sector and its socio-professional repercussions. It sheds light on a silent suffering, especially since this sector is one of the fields with the most direct public interaction and professional pressure. The descriptive methodology was employed, and the study was applied to a sample of 300 female respondents distributed across 14 public health institutions in the Bordj Bou Arreridj province (Algeria). The most significant findings include: • 71% of working women were subjected to violence more than once. The respondents were exposed to various forms of violence: psychological violence, sexual harassment, and physical violence. • Nurses and doctors were the professional groups most affected by the violence experienced. • Patients' companions (or visitors) were the most frequent perpetrators of the violence. • The violence against working women in public health institutions resulted in multiple health repercussions, various professional consequences, and diverse repercussions on the family environment.
