إبستمولوجيا التّراث الدّيني الإسلامي بين النّقل والعقل قضايا المرأة أنموذجا : دراسة ميدانيّة في الجزائر وتركيا

Abstract

تُعتبر هذه الدّراسة سبيلًا لفهم موقع المرأة ضمن ثنائيّة العقل والنّقل في التّراث الدّيني الإسلامي أين لعب العامل الإبستمولوجي دورا في زحزحة المعطيات وتحريك المفاهيم لإدراك الجانب الخفيّ وراءها؛ فكان أن اخترنا سبعة نماذج تُعنى ببعض أكثر القضايا طرحا للإشكال، محاولين استيعاب تجلّياتها وإسقاطاتها على الجانب الممارساتي. فبطبيعة الحال، استلزمت المَهمّةُ المرورَ بمراحل تقتضي استحضارَ العقل والنّقل كلَّ حين مع استنطاق واقع اليوم الّذي تغيّر كثيرا مقارنةً بتاريخ الأمس إثر مسارٍ لم يكن ليبقى ثابتًا؛ إذ جُبل المجتمع على أن يكرّر ذاته حينا وينقاد إلى مقوّمات التطوّر أحيانا أخرى في خضمّ تجاذبات ولّدتها التيّارات الدينيّة والفكريّة في آن. إنّما، لم تكن هذه التيّارات السّببَ الوحيدَ في تغيير موازين القوى أو الإبقاء عليها؛ بحيث اتّصل الأمر بنسق متكامل مُتخم بالمعطيات الاجتماعيّة والدينيّة والاقتصاديّة والثقافيّة والتاريخيّة والسياسيّة والقانونيّة الّتي رامَ بعضُها ترقيةَ أوضاع المرأة فيما شدّها البعض الآخر إلى الوراء نظرا لانغماسه في البُنى الاجتماعيّة الوثيقة الصّلة بنمط حياة الشّعوب. بالتّالي، أَنَّ لنا أن نُسائلَ الواقع للتأكّد ممّا إذا كان حالُ الأنثى في عالمنا الإسلامي اليوم مجرّد قدر ميتافيزيقيّ قد رسم قالب حياتها سلفًا، أم أنّ هناك حتميّة تاريخيّة ما بَرِحَتْ تتحكّم في الخيوط المتينة والرّفيعة الّتي تَصِلُ الماضي بالحاضر والمستقبل.

This study is a path to understand women’s position within the duality of reason and religious transmission in the Islamic religious heritage, where the epistemological factor played a role in moving information and concepts to achieve the hidden side behind them; so we chose seven models that deal with some of the most problematic issues, trying to comprehend their manifestations and implications on the practical side. Naturally, the task required going through stages that required invoking reason and religious transmission everytime, while questioning today's reality, which has greatly changed comparing with the previous history, following a path that wasn’t going to remain constant; as the society refused to do anything just repeating itself sometimes and being led by the development elements at other times in the midst of the tensions generated by religious and intellectual currents at the same time. However, these currents were not the only reason for changing the balance of power or maintaining it. Thus, the matter was connected to an integrated system replete with social, religious, economic, cultural, historical, political and legal informations, some of which sought to advance women’s status, while others led to its decline due to their immersion in social structures closely related to people’s way of life. Therefore, we must question reality to ascertain whether the women’s status in our Islamic world today is merely a metaphysical fate that has predetermined their life, or whether there is a historical inevitability that has continued to control the strong and fine threads that connect the past to the present and the future.
