تاريخ الإدارة والإقطاع في الدولة العثمانية

Abstract

يدرس المقال مختلف الموضوعات المتعلقة بالأجهزة الإدارية في تاريخ الدولة العثمانية؛ وذلك فيما يتعلق بنشأة الإدارة العثمانية وتطورها، والتقسيمات الإدارية فيها، سواء ما تعلق بنظام الإيالات أو نظام الولايات بعده، كما يعالج مختلف الموظفين الأساسيين، سواء تعلق الأمر بالبايلربايات أو بالسنجق باي. كما تناولت الدراسة بشيء من التفصيل كل ما يتعلق بالإقطاع العثماني؛ وذلك بالتركيز على نظام الأرض، وخاصة ما تعلق بنظام التيمار، لأتناول في الأخير ما يتعلق بنظام الالتزام وكذا نظامي المقاطعة والمالكانة. The article explores various issues related to the administrative approaches in the history of the Ottoman Empire; with regards to the origins and development of the Ottoman administration, and the administrative divisions concerning either the Regency system or the Vilayet. The article also, deals with various essential employees, whether they were Beylerbeys, Pachas or Sanjak Bey. The study also focused extensively on issues related mainly on the Ottoman feudal system with special emphasis on land system, related to what is called the Timar system, and addresses issues in relation with Iltizam system as well as the Mokataa and Malikane systems.
