أثر القيم الدينية الإسلامية على أداء الأساتذة لمهامهم التربوية

Abstract

لقد تناولت الكثير من الدراسات موضوع القيم باعتبارها من بين أهم العوامل المساعدة على استقرار الأمم و تطورها، فهي تساهم في عجلة التقدم والبناء لما لها من مكانة في نفوس الأفراد و الجماعات، ولقد تعددت القيم وتنوعت من مجتمع إلى آخر إلا أنها اشتركت في خاصية هامة ألا وهي خاصية الامتثال و الانقياد، فالقيم لها صفة القهر و الإلزام لأن أي خروج عنها هو مدعاة للنبذ و الإقصاء، فالحضارات الإنسانية كانت و لا تزال تعتمد وبشكل مباشر عليها في بناء أفرادها و مجتمعاتها لأنها تعد من الأسس الثابتة في بناءها و ازدهارها ولا يمكن أن يقوم مجتمع بدون قيم يتمثلها و يتبناها في كلامه و سلوكياته و حركاته، وتعد القيم التي جاءت من مصادر تشريع ديني من أقوى القيم وأكثرها إلزاما لأفرادها، لأنها ترتبط بالمعتقدات التي لها مكانتها في نفوس المؤمنين لأنها تحمل صفة القداسة، وانطلاقا من هذه المكانة التي تحتلها القيم في النفوس، أردنا أن ندرس مكانتها لدى أساتذة و معلمي التربية والتعليم على اعتبار أن التعليم، يعد ركيزة أساسية في بناء الدول و به تقاس مستويات الحضارة و التطور بين الأمم، والعارف بالشأن التروي في بلادنا يدرك مدى صعوبة الأوضاع المعيشية و المهنية لدى المربي في الجزائر، و ما يثبت هذه المعاناة هو ظواهر الإضرابات و الاضطرابات المتكررة كل سنة في هذا القطاع الحساس، ومن كل هذا أردنا معرفة دور القيم باعتبارها مرجعا ولها مكانتها لدى المربين الذين هم حاملون لها و ملقنوها للأجيال جبلا بعد جيل، وانطلاقا من هذه المكانة فنحن ببحثنا هذا نبحث عن أثر هذه القيم في القضاء على هذه الصعوبات أو على الأقل التخفيف منها حتى يسود الاستقرار و تستمر مسيرة التربية و التعليم حتى بلوغ الأهداف المرجوة منها.

Human civilizations were and still are directly dependent on them in building their individuals and societies because they are considered one of the firm foundations for their construction and prosperity and it cannot be established A society without values that it embodies and adopts in its speech, behavior, and movements, The values that come from sources of religious legislation are among the strongest and most binding values for its members, because they are linked to beliefs that have a place in the souls of believers because they carry the quality of holiness, and based on this position that values occupy In the souls, we wanted to study its status among professors and teachers of education, considering that education It is an essential pillar in building nations and by it the levels of civilization and development between nations are measured. Anyone who knows the situation in our country realizes how difficult the living and professional conditions are for educators in Algeria, and what proves this suffering is the phenomena of strikes and disturbances repeated every year in this sensitive sector, From all of this, we wanted to know the role of values as a reference and their position among educators who carry them and teach them to generations, generation after generation, Based on this position, we with our research, are looking for the impact of these values in eliminating these difficulties or at least alleviating them until stability prevails The process of education continues until the desired goals are achieved.
