اقتراح برنامج علاجي لتقييم استرجاع الذاكرة الفونولوجية لدى الراشد المصاب بالصدمة الدماغية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى اقتراح برنامج علاجي لاسترجاع الذاكرة الفونولوجية لدى الراشد المصاب بالصدمة الدماغية، ولهذا الغرضتم اجراء الدراسة بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية لإعادة التأهيل الوظيفي بالشاطئ الأزرق ببلدية اسطاوالي ولاية الجزائر. اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على المنهج الوصفي المتمثل في دراسة الحالة وعلى المنهج شبه التجريبي، حيث طبقنا اختبار الذاكرة الفونولوجية (من اعداد الباحثة) كتطبيق قبلي، ثم خضعت المجموعة التجريبية الى حصص البرنامج العلاجي لاسترجاع الذاكرة الفونولوجية، ثم أعدنا تطبيق اختبار الذاكرة الفونولوجية كتطبيق بعدي، وتماختبارفرضياتالدراسة باستخداماختبارWilcoxonلدراسة الفروق بين نتائج التطبيق القبلي والتطبيق البعدي،وقدتمالتوصلإلىوجودفروقدالة إحصائيابين التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ويرجع ذلك لفعالية البرنامج العلاجي لتحسين و استرجاع سياقات الذاكرة الفونولوجية لدى الراشد المصاب بالصدمة الدماغية This study aims to propose a therapeutic program for the recovery of phonological memory in an adult with brain trauma, and for this purpose, the study was conducted at the Hospital Institution for Functional Rehabilitation in Staoueli, the state of Algiers. In this study, we relied on the case study and the semi-experimental approach, where we applied the phonological memory test as a pre-application, then the experimental group was subjected to therapeuticprogram classes to retrieve the phonological memory, and then we re-applied the phonological memory test as a post-application, The hypotheses of the study were tested using the Wilcoxon test to study the differences between the results of pre and post application. The results obtained demonstrate statistically significant differences, in favor of post-application, due to the effectiveness of the therapeutic program to recover phonological memory capacities
