علاقة المخططات المبكرة غير المتكيفة واستراتيجيات التعامل بالتوافق الزواجي لدى عينة من الأزواج

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين المخططات المبكرة غير المتكيفة وإستراتيجيات التعامل والتوافق الزواجي لدى عينة من الأزواج، اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي تكونت عينة الدراسة من 300 زوج، طبقنا مقياس المخططات المبكرة غير المتكيفة،ومقياس إستراتيجيات التعامل، ومقياس التوافق الزواجي، وتوصلنا إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين المخططات المبكرة غير المتكيفة والتوافق الزواجي، وبين التوافق الزواجي واستراتيجيات التعامل المركزة حول الانفعال في حين جاءت العلاقة طردية بين التوافق الزواجي والاستراتيجيات المركزة حول المشكل، كما توصلنا لوجود فروق في ابعاد المخططات المبكرة وفي استراتيجيات التعامل بين الأزواج المتوافقين وغير المتوافقين، وكذا الى وجود فروق بين الجنسين في المخططات المبكرة واستراتيجيات التعامل، والى ان كل من مخطط الحرمان العاطفي، ومخطط الخوف من المرض او الخطر تساهم في التنبؤ بالتوافق الزواجي. The study aimed to idendify the relationship between early maladaptive schemas, coping strategies and marital adjustment of a sample of (300) couples. the researcher has used the descriptive method, she implemented the way of coping scale, early maladaptive schemas scale, marital adjustment scale, The results showed There is a negative relationship between maladaptive schemas and marital adjustment, There is a relationship between the types of strategies and marital adjustment. There are defferences between compatible couples and incompatible couples and between husbands and wives in the demenssions of maladaptive schemas,and in the coping strategies, emotional deprivation and vulnerability to harn contribute to the prediction of marital adjustment
