Abstract

يمثل ال أ رس المال الاجتماعي مجموع الاتصالات والعلاقات والمعارف وشبكة الارتباطات الاجتماعية المبينة عمى الثقة المتبادلة والتفاعل الاجتماعي بين العاممين، وعند ذكر أ رس المال الاجتماعي يت ا رءى لنا أنو مصطمح ناتجو تكاتف الأف ا رد و الجماعة من خلال الثقة المتبادلة والتكافل، إلا أن شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية تخضع لمجموعة من العمميات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي بيا يتم توزيع الم ا زيا والنفوذ بين الطبقات والفئات الاجتماعية فالبعض يمتمكيا و البعض الآخر لا يمتمكيا، و ىو ما يؤدي إلى عدم المساواة و بدون ىذه العلاقات قد لا يستطيع الفرد الحصول عمى وظيفة و الترقي في العمل أو غيرىا من الم ا زيا، حتى و إن توفرت لو القد ا رت و الميا ا رت المطموبة وىو ما يؤدي إلى نشوء ص ا رع داخل المنظمة وبالتالي يؤثر عمى فعالية المنظمة وسموكيات العاممين Social capital represents the sum of communications, relationships, knowledge and the network of social associations shown on mutual trust and social interaction between workers, and when we mention social capital we see it as a term resulting from the solidarity of individuals and the community through mutual trust and interdependence, but the network of social relations is subject to a set of economic and social processes in which benefits and influence are distributed between classes and social groups, some own it and others do not, which leads to inequality and without These relationships may not be able to get a job and promotion at work or other benefits, even if they have the required capabilities and skills, which leads to conflict within the organization and thus affects the effectiveness of the organization and the behaviors of the workers
