التحرش الجنسي ضد المرأة في مؤسسات العمل: دراسة مقارنة بين المؤسسات العمومية والخاصة بالوسط الجزائري الجزائر- تيبازة- البليدة

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة مشكلة التحرش الجنسي ضد المرأة في الوسط المهني ، وتعد ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي في أوساط العمل إحدى مظاهر العنف في العمل والتي أصبحت في الوقت الراهن تثير الاهتمام من كل الجوانب العلمية لما تشكله من معاناة نفسية واجتماعية وآلام خفية ترهق صاحبها في صمت، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على مشكلة التحرش الجنسي ضد المرأة في المجتمع الجزائري وفهم أسبابها وعواملها، وأبعادها الاجتماعية ومعرفة مدى انتشارها في كل من القطاعين العام والخاص .وذلك من خلال معرفة إلى أي حد يمكن اعتبار كل من نوع المهنة المرأة ،حالتها المدنية، خوفها من العار وفقدان المنصب ،التنشئة الاجتماعية القائمة على أساس الجنس ،عوامل مؤثرة في انتشار ظاهرة التحرش الجنسي ضد المرأة العاملة. The present research is based in its study on the problem of sexual harassment against women in professional circles, this phenomenon in the workplace consists of a form of violence, which is becoming more and more worrying in its scientific field, because it causes moral and social suffering, and causes abstract evils, this study is based on the problem of sexual harassment against women in Algerian society, so it is important to understand its reasons and circumstances, in order to know its spread in the public and private sectors, thus knowing to what degree the nature of the woman's profession, her marital status, her fear of her reputation, and the risk of losing her job, the social creation based on sexual gender, the influential elements in the phenomenon of sexual harassment, and that women in the workplace are the most subject to sexual harassment, and that oral and bodily sexual harassment in the mi professional place.
