التقويم الآلي للنصوص العربية وأثره في تطوير مهارات التعبير الكتابي

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف التقويم الآلي للنصوص العربية وتأثيره المحتمل على تطوير مهارات التعبير الكتابي لدى المتعلمين. فمع التطور المتسارع في مجال معالجة اللغات الطبيعية (NLP) والذكاء الاصطناعي، أصبح بالإمكان تطوير أنظمة قادرة على تحليل وتقييم النصوص المكتوبة بشكل آلي، مما يوفر تغذية راجعة فورية وموضوعية. تناقش الدراسة التحديات الفريدة التي تواجه التقويم الآلي للغة العربية، مثل تعقيداتها الصرفية والنحوية، وخصائصها الإملائية والدلالية. يستعرض الإطار النظري مفهوم التقويم الآلي، ويحدد المكونات الأساسية لأنظمة تقييم الكتابة الآلية (AWE)، ويصنف أنواع الميزات اللغوية المستخدمة في تحليل النصوص العربية (مثل الميزات السطحية، والصرفية، والنحوية، والمعجمية). أما الإطار التطبيقي، فيقدم نظرة عامة على التقنيات والأدوات المستخدمة حالياً في تقويم النصوص العربية، بما في ذلك خوارزميات قياس التشابه النصي، ونماذج التعلم الآلي والتعلم العميق مثل(SVR, LSTM, BERT) بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يقدم البحث نتائج تحليلية مقترحة حول كيفية مساهمة هذه الأنظمة في تحسين مهارات التعبير الكتابي من خلال توفير تغذية راجعة دقيقة ومستمرة، وزيادة دافعية المتعلمين، وتخفيف العبء على المعلمين. كما يناقش التحديات المتبقية والآفاق المستقبلية في هذا المجال، مثل الحاجة إلى مجموعات بيانات أكبر وأكثر تنوعاً، ومعالجة الجوانب الدقيقة للإبداع والأسلوب. This research aims to explore the automaticevaluationof Arabic texts and its potential impact ondevelopinglearners' written expression skills. Withtherapidadvancements in Natural Language Processing(NLP)andArtificial Intelligence, systems capable of automaticallyanalyzing and evaluating written texts haveemerged,providing immediate and objective feedback. Thisstudydiscusses the unique challenges facing automaticevaluationof the Arabic language, such as its morphological and syntactical complexities and its orthographical and semantic characteristics. Thetheoretical framework reviews the concept of automaticevaluation, identifies the core components of AutomatedWriting Evaluation (AWE) systems, and categorizesthetypes of linguistic features used in analyzingArabictexts(e.g., surface, morphological, syntactic, and lexical features).The applied framework provides an overviewofcurrenttechniques and tools used in evaluatingArabictexts,including text similarity algorithms, machine learning, anddeep learning models (such as SVR, LSTM, BERT).Furthermore, the research presents proposedanalyticalresults on how these systems can contribute toimprovingwritten expression skills by offering accurateandcontinuous feedback, increasing learner motivation, andalleviating the burden on instructors. It alsodiscussesremaining challenges and future prospects inthis field, suchas the need for larger and more diverse datasets, andaddressing subtle aspects of creativity and style.
