الصحة والسلامة المهنية بين النظري والتطبيق دراســــة ميدانيــة على العاملين بالمؤسسات العمومية الاستشفائية بولاية باتنة

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة الصحة والسلامة المهنية بين الجانب النظري والعملي على وجه التحديد في بيئة المستشفى كمجال للدراسة من خلال التطبيق على مجموعة من المؤسسات الاستشفائية التابعة لولاية باتنة لتحديد مدى إشكالية الالتزام بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة واحترام تدابير الوقاية المنصوص عليها في مختلف المواثيق في بيئة العمل ومدى تطبيقها. وهذا ما يجعل الدراسة الحالية مساهمة مهمة في التعرف على واقع الأخير من خلال عينة مكونة من 314 عاملاً على اختلاف مستوياتهم وأدوارهم المهنية من خلال تطبيقه على مجموعة من المؤسسات الاستشفائية في ولاية باتنة اعتماد المنهج الكمي وباعتماد الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات توصلت النتائج إلى ما يلي: - سعي المؤسسة الاستشفائية المستمر لتحسين بيئة العمل بالمستشفى من خلال اعتماد استراتيجية واضحة لإدارة المخاطر. - مساهمة خدمات التأمين والضمان الاجتماعي في تحسين الصحة والسلامة المهنية في بيئة العمل بالمستشفى حق مشروع تكفله القوانين لكل فرد مستفيد مسجل لدى هيئات الضمان الاجتماعي - تعتبر الاشراف على تطبيق اجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية من المهام المهمة لأي منظمة، بغض النظر عن شكلها وتنظيمها، هي المساهمة في تحسين الصحة والسلامة المهنية في بيئة العمل في المستشفى. The study examined occupational health and safety, both theoretical and practical, specifically in the hospital environment. This study was applied to a group of hospitals in the Batna province to determine the extent of the problem of adherence to health and safety procedures and compliance with the preventive measures stipulated in various conventions in the workplace, and the extent of their implementation. This makes the current study an important contribution to understanding the reality of the latter, using a sample of 314 workers of varying levels and professional roles. The study was applied to a group of hospitals in Batna province, using a quantitative approach and a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The results revealed the following:

The hospital's ongoing efforts to improve the hospital's work environment by adopting a clear risk management strategy.

The contribution of insurance and social security services to improving occupational health and safety in the hospital's work environment is a legitimate right guaranteed by law for every beneficiary registered with social security authorities. Supervising the implementation of occupational health and safety procedures is an important task for any organization, regardless of its form or organization, as it contributes to improving occupational health and safety in the hospital's work environment.
