| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد وجود الضغط المهني وعلاقته بفعالية الذات لدى اعوان الحماية المدنية. اجريت الدراسة على عينة متكونة من 100 عون من الحماية المدنية، ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، تم تطبيق مقياس الضغط المهني ومقياس فعالية الذات. تبين نتائج الدراسة أن اعوان الحماية المدنية يعانون من ضغط مهني . كما تبين وجود علاقة عكسية بين الضغط المهني وفعالية الذات لدى اعوان الحماية المدنية. This study aims to identify the professional stress and its a correlation to self-efficacy among civil protection officers. The study was conducted on a sample of 100 civil civil protection officers by using the descriptive approach. In order to test the hypotheses, two scales were applied, a professional stress measure and the measure of self-sfficacy. The results showed that civil protection officers suffer from professional stress. There is an inverse a correlation between professional stress and self-efficacy among protection officers. | ar_AR |
