Abstract

أصبحت المقاولة النسوية اليوم واقعاً ملموساً يحظى باهتمام كبير من قبل الباحثين والحكومات على حدٍّ سواء، فقد دخلت المرأة عالم المقاولاتية بقوة، مُدمجةً في سوق العمل كأحد ركائز النمو الاقتصادي والاجتماعي. فالمرأة المقاولة هي التي تختار تأسيس مشروعها الخاص، وتتولى تنظيمه وإدارة موارده، وتحمل مسؤولية جميع المخاطر المُحتملة، سعيًا منها إلى تحقيق الربح،فالمقاولاتية هي خاصية تتميز بالمبادرة وروح الإبداع ، وضع الأهداف الاجتماعية في قائمة أولوياتها،كما تميز النساء المقاولات بأساليب التفاوض الناجحة مما يُساعدهن على بناء علاقات دائمة وتعاون مثمر مع مختلف الجهات ومن خلال دراستنا استطعنا أن نثبت مدى قوة المرأة المقاولة في تسيير مشاريعها وإنجاحها والسعي لتحقيق مكانة اجتماعية التي تطمح لها.

Women‘s entrepreneurship has become a ta Tangible reality today, garnering significant attention from both researchers and governments. Woman have strongly entered the labor market as a cornerstone of economic and social growth. A woman entrepreneur is someone who chooses to establish her own project, takes responsibility for organizing and managing its resources, and bears all potential risks in pursuit of profit. Entrepreneurship is characterized by initiative and a spirit of creativity, placing social goals at the forefront of its priorities. Womanentrepreneurs also distinguish themselves with successful negotiation styles, which helps them build lasting relationships and fruitful cooperation with various parties. Through our study, we were able to demonstrate the strength of women entrepreneurs in managing and successfully leading their projects, and striving to achieve the social standing they aspire to.
