منهجية توظيف كتب الجغرافية والرحلات في كتابة التاريخ الاقتصادي لبلاد المغرب: ابن حوقل، البكري، والإدريسي نموذجاً

Abstract

Abstract This article addresses a methodological question concerning the ways in which researchers—particularly those at the early stages of their academic careers—engage with geographical sources in order to interrogate them and extract historical knowledge. The study focuses on three major works of this genre: Ṣūrat al-Arḍ by Ibn Ḥawqal al-Naṣībī, Al-Maghrib fī Dhikr Bilād Ifrīqiyya wa-l-Maghrib by Abū ʿUbayd Allāh al-Bakrī, and Nuzhat al-Mushtāq fī Ikhtirāq al-Āfāq by al-Sharīf al-Idrīsī. It seeks to identify the principal challenges encountered in the use of such sources and to propose appropriate strategies for addressing them, illustrated through concrete examples drawn from these three texts. الملخص: يتناول هذا المقال مسألةً منهجيةً تتمثل في كيفية تعامل الباحثين خاصةً المبتدئين منهم مع المصادر الجغرافية، من أجل استنطاقها واستخراج المادة العلمية التاريخية، وقد اخترت ثلاثة مصادر مهمة من هذا النوع، وهي كتاب صورة الأرض لابن حوقل النصيبي، وكتاب أبي عبيد الله البكري المسمى: "المغرب في ذكر بلاد إفريقية والمغرب"، وكتاب نزهة المشتاق في اختراق الآفاق " للشريف الإدريسي، حيث سيحاول هذا المقال الوقوف عند أهم الصعوبات التي يواجهها الباحث عند استخدامه لهذا النوع من المصادر، مع تقديم الحلول المناسبة من أجل تجاوز الصعوبات، مع أمثلة من هذه المصادر الثلاث.
