البنية العاملية لمقياس الالتزام المهني عند أساتذة التعليم الجامعي

Abstract

يستهدف البحث الحالي الكشف عن البنية العاملية لمقياس الالتزام المهني عند أساتذة التعليم الجامعي. وفي ضوء أهداف البحث وتساؤلاته، وفي حدود عينة البحث المكونة من 686 أستاذ جامعي من بعض الجامعات الجزائرية. أوضحت النتائج أن البناء العاملي لمقياس الالتزام المهني للأستاذ الجامعي، باستخدام التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي يتضمن خمسة عوامل هي (الالتزام بالمهنة، الالتزام بالجامعة، الالتزام بالتطور المهني والبحث العلمي، والالتزام بالطلبة، والالتزام بعملية التدريس)، كما أشارت نتائج البحث إلى وجود ملاءمة إحصائية بين النموذج المستخلص من التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والبيانات المستمدة من عينة البحث في التحليل العاملي التوكيدي، كما توصلت نتائج البحث أن مقياس الالتزام المهني للأستاذ الجامعي يتميع بمعاملات صدق وثبات جيدة، وعلى إثر هذه النتائج تم وضع معايير مناسبة يمكن استخدامها للمقارنة أو التصنيف بحسب الهدف من استخدام المقياس The current research aims to uncover the global structure of the scale of professional commitment of university education professors. The sample of the research was 686 university professors from Algerian universities. The results showed that the global structure of the scale of professional commitment of a university professor, using the exploratory factor analysis includes five factors that are latent. The results of the research also indicated that there is a statistical fit between the model extracted from the exploratory factor analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the research also found that the professional commitment measure of a university professor has good validity and reliability coefficients, and appropriate criteria have been developed that can be used for comparison or classification according to the purpose of using the scale
