إدراك الذّات و العلاقات في التّشنّج المهبليّ

Abstract

تعاني بعض النّساء الجزائريّات من اختلال في جنسانيتها بسبب تشنّجات مهبلية لاإراديّة دفاعيّة تمنع كلّ فعل إيلاج. عرضية هستيرية تكشف عن تحويل المكبوتات الجنسية إلى العضو الّذي يجسّدها. تناقضية بين التّخلّي عن وضعية قبل–أوديبية وتجاوز حبّ الأب نحو موضوع راشد. إخصاء أنثوي يخلّ بالمرحلة التناسلية وَيفترض تشوّها في طبيعة إدراك الذّات والعلاقات الموضوعية بتحريض تشنّجات مهبلية تختلف درجاتها باختلاف نواتج الصّراعات الضمنفسية الّتي تعيشها كلّ حالة.لتقصّي مدى التّرابط بين السّياقات "ضمن" النّفسية والتّفاعلات "بين" الشّخصية في عرضية التّشنّجات المهبلية إرتأينا تطبيق المنهج العيادي بدراسة الحالات في ظلّ اختباريِ الرّورشاخ ورسم الشّخص الإسقاطيّيْن، إضافة إلى مقابلات عيادية بحثية في نوعها غير الموجّه لاستقصاء المكبوتات اللاّشعورية. قد ترجع هذه الإشكالية إلى توظيف ميكانيزمي الكّف، الفكرنة والتّسامي لأجل التّماهي الفالوسي باستثمار نزوة السّطوة لإخصاء الآخر وَتجريده نزويا لخفض التّوتّرات الجنسية وتعبيراتها العاطفية. وقد تكشف عن حبّ طفوليّ يستثمر الجزء العلويّ من الجسد باستنكار الجزء السفلي منه بسبب فوبيا الفالوس العملاق و هوام تدمير داخل الجسم. Several married Algerian women have difficulty living their sexuality because of involuntary vaginal spasms repelling any attempt to perform the sexual act. This problem can be linked to ambivalence between going beyond the love of the father towards an adult object, or to a female castration… which supposes a bad perception of oneself and of the other consequence of the intrapsychic conflicts of each woman. It can be linked to mechanisms of inhibition for a shelled phallic identification to control the disturbing instinctual and affective effect of sexual objects; it can even reveal the phobia of a destruction of the interior of the body In our quest for the interactive magnitude between ''intra'' and ''inter'' processes through involuntary vaginal symptomatology, we have chosen to apply the clinical method by studying the cases to the test of projective tests, Rorschach System Integrated and drawing of the man, in addition to the non-directive clinical interviews to be aimed at research to better investigate the unconscious repressed.
