Item الشباب والموسيقى الاكاديمية في مجتمع متغير دراسة ميدانية بالمعهد الجهوي لتكوين الموسيقي – الأغواط(جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو القاسم سعد الله، university of algiers 2 Abou kacem Saad Allah, 2023) زرقين, سهام; بوسعادة, رشيدترتكز هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي على الوقوف على انعكاس ممارسة الشباب للموسيقى الأكاديمية ومدى تأثيرها على قيمه ومبادئه ونمط عيشه، وماذا تقدم له اجتماعيا من خلال ولولجهم لمعاهد مختصة لدراسة الموسيقى دراسة منتظمة وأكاديمية، مبينة على أسس علمية يندرج منها جيل من الشباب متذوق للموسيقى وممارسا لها، كما يهمنا دراسة مدى انعكاس التغير الاجتماعي على ميول وقيم الشباب ونظرتهم للموسيقى الاكاديمية، ومدى تمسك الشباب بموروثهم الثقافي والحفاظ عليه . ومعرفة مدى أثر التنشئة الاجتماعية على نمط وسلوك الشباب واختيارهم وميولاتهم للموسيقى الأكاديميThis study is mainly based on examining the reflectionofyoung people’s practice of academic music and the extent of its impact on their values, principles and lifestyle, and what they offer them socially through their entry into specialized institutes to study music, a regular and academic study, based on scientific foundations, including a generation of young people who are connoisseurs of music and practitioners of it. We are also interested in studying the extent to which social change reflects on the tendencies and values of young people and their view of academic music, and the extent to which young people adhere to and preserve their cultural heritage.And knowing the extent of the impact of socialization on the style and behavior of young people and their choice and tendencies to music.ةItem روح المقاول والتنمية المستدامة بالجزائر "دراسة لعينة من المقاولين بالجزائر العاصمة"(جامعة الجزائر 2 ابو القاسم سعد الله، university of algiers 2 Abou kacem Saad Allah, 2022) نشنش, فتيحة; بوسعادة, رشيدمع التحولات التي مست السياسة الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية نما القطاع الخاص و برز الفرد الحامل لفكر المقاولة و كانت فرصة لإنشاء المؤسسات . و مع تطور الفكر التنمويظهرت فكرة التنمية المستدامة التي اقتحم مفهومها عالم المؤسسة التي أصبحت مطالبة بالتوفيق بين أهدافها الاقتصادية و المتطلبات البيئية و الاجتماعية كشرط لتحقيق نموها و ضمان بقائها. من هنا يتجلى دور المقاول في ضرورة إدماج أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في تسيير مؤسسته التي لا يقاس نجاحها بمدى ما تحققه من ربحية اقتصادية , بل أيضا بمدى ما توفره من عوائد اجتماعية و بيئية. و عليه جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبين دور الوازع الديني للمقاول في استشعاره لمسؤوليته الاجتماعية, و بالتالي المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. و من ثم الإجابة على السؤال الرئيس المطروح" هل يمكن أن يكون للالتزام الديني للمقاول دور في تحمل مسؤوليته الاجتماعية مما يدفعه لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة With transformations affecting social and economic policythe private sector grewand the individual bearing the idea of entrepreneurship emergedand it was an opportunity to establish institutions. With the evolution of developmental thought,the idea of sustainable development emerged and broke into the world of the enterprise, which became required to reconcile its economic goals with environmental and social requirements as a condition for achieving its growth and ensuring its survival. From here, the role of the contractor is evident in the need to integrate the dimensions of sustainable development into the management of his enterprise, whose success is not measured by the extent of the economic profitability it achieves,but also by the extent of the social and environmental returns it provides. And this study came to show the role of religious faith of the contractor in his sense of social responsibility, and thus contribute to the achievement of sustainable development. And then answering the main question,"Does the contractor's religious commitment contribute in assuming his social responsibility,which drives him to achieve sustainable developmentItem الخطاب المسجدي بين الممارسة الوظيفية المادية و الأداء الروحي المقدس(University of Algiers2 Abu El Kacem Saad Allah جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2020) نبق, عماد; بوسعادة, رشيديعتبر الخطاب المسجدي من أهم وسائل الضبط الإجتماعي فهو فعل مقدس ذو أبعاد دينية روحية تربوية، يخاطب الروح قبل العقل ويعالج الواقع بعيدا عن العاطفة، كما أنه يخضع لتوجيه القائم به والمثمثل في الإمام، من خلال تناوله كرسالة مقدسة لخدمة المجتمع أو وسيلة لأداء وظيفي مادي، ومن هنا تتجلى أهمية دراستا لهذا الموضوع بهدف تحديد مكانة وقيمة الخطاب المسجدي لدى الإمام، ومحاولة إعطاء بعد جديد نسبياً في دراسة الخطاب الديني، من خلال التركيز على الصفات العلمية والتكوينية والإدراكية للفاعلين في الحقل الديني، والإعتماد عليها لمعرفة مدى توجهات الأئمة في ممارساتهم الوظيفية من خلال إستعمالنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وبإعتماد الإستبيان والذي وزعناه على الأئمة، وكذلك إستعملنا تقنية تحليل المضمون (المحتوى) ثم قمنا بتحليل البياناتكما وكيفا وتوصلنا لنتائج أهمها: أن معظم الأئمة يفضلون التمسك بوظائفهم رغم وضعهم المادي المتدني، كما أن النمط التكويني ونوع التنشئة لدى الإمام له تأثير على مدى إهتمامه بوظيفته وبالتالي الإرتقاء بخطابه.Item المشاركة السياسية للمرأة في الجزائر(جامعة الجزائر 02ابوقاسم سعد الله university abou kacem saadallah, 2022) حمادي, فاكية; بوسعادة, رشيدلقد شكل موضوع مشاركة المرأة في الحياة العامة والحياة السياسية الموضوع الأساسي لعدة تقارير دولية ووطنية، بل أصبح من الضروري إعطاء أهمية قصوى وعناية كبيرة لتعزيز دورها في المجتمع وفي الحياة السياسية. وإن نحث مقاربة لتفعيل المشاركة السياسية للمرأة تنعكس على مختلف الأبعاد الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والثقافية، كما ترتبط بالسياسات العامة ومختلف القوانين للوطنية. تحاول هذه الدراسة كمسعى لمعرفة خلفيات المشاركة السياسية للمرأة عند اتجاهات طبقة من النساء (نائبات بالمجلس الشعبي الوطني) من خلال معالجة الإشكالية التالية: ما هي الخلفيات الاجتماعية والثقافية للمشاركة السياسية للمرأة؟ ولمناقشة ذلك انتهجنا المنهج الوصفي مستخدمين في ذلك أسلوب الدراسة الميدانية عن طريق بناء استمارة تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة والتي بلغ عددها 30 نائبة بالمجلس الشعبي الوطني، وبعد التحليل والتفسير خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج عديدة أهمها: - تعتبر التنشئة السياسية أحد أهم العوامل المؤثرة في تكوين وتطوير الميولات السياسية لدى المرأة حيث لعبت الأسرة الدور الأبرز في ذلك. - تتوقف دافعية المرأة ورغبتها في المشاركة السياسية على نسق سوسيو-اقتصادي أي أن هناك أمامها مجالا للاستقلالية المادية والاعتماد على ذاتها، وبالتالي الإحساس بكيانها وإبراز مكانتها الاجتماعية. - إن تعزيز مشاركة المرأة في المجال السياسي ينعكس وبشكل إيجابي لإشباع حاجات نفسية لدى المرأة وتحقيق ذاتها وطموحاتها. - تمثل المشاركة السياسية انعكاسا للمتغيرات الثقافية أي أن توافر إطار ثقافي تعليمي يكون محفزا للمزيد من الوعي السياسي. - يدعم النسق السياسي البناء الاجتماعي بالمشاركة السياسية للمرأة من خلال توفير الشروط اللازمة لتوسيع حظوظها في المجالس المنتخبة. The issue of women's participation in public and political life has been the main subject of several international and national reports. It has become necessary to give utmost importance and great care to enhancing the role of women in society and in enhancing their role as well in political life, and activating women's political participation is reflected in Various social, economic and cultural dimensions are also linked to public policies and various national laws. This study attempts as an endeavour to know the backgrounds of women’s political participation in the attitudes of a class of women (deputies in the National People’s Assembly) by addressing the following problematic study: What are the social and cultural backgrounds for women's participation in the political field? To study and discuss this, we touched on the descriptive approach, and we used the method of the field study by preparing a form that was distributed to the study sample, which numbered 30 female parliamentarians in the National People’s Assembly, and after analysis and interpretation, the study concluded with the most important results: - The political class is considered one of the most important factors influencing the formation and development of women's political inclinations, as the family played the most prominent role in this. - Women's motivation and desire for political participation depend on an economic system, meaning that there is room for material independence and self-reliance, and thus a sense of their being and highlighting their social status. - Enhancing women's participation in the political sphere is reflected positively in satisfying women's psychological needs and achieving their own aspirations. - Women’s political participation is a reflection of cultural changes, meaning that the cultural-educational framework provides a catalyst for more political awareness. The political system of social construction is supported by the political participation of women by providing the necessary conditions for distributing their fortunes in the elected councils
