Item دور المواجهة الاستباقية و مركز الضبط الصحي في التخفيف من شطة الألم و تحسين نوعية الحياة لدى مرضى السرطان الخاضعين للعلاج الكيميائي(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2023) MESSAOUDI مسعودي, DAOUYA ضاوية; زناد, دليلة (مدير بحث)هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على اختلاف درجة الشعور بالألم ومستوى نوعية الحياة لدى مرضى السرطان الخاضعين للعلاج الكيميائي، كما تهدف إلى الكشف على الدور الذي تلعبه استراتيجية المواجهة الاستباقية ومركز الضبط الصحي في التخفيف من شدة الألم لدى هذه الفئة، واعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الاحصائي وللتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة تم تطبيق مجموعة من المقاييس: مقياس المواجهة الاستباقية PCI ومقياس مركز الضبط الصحي لـ Wallston وسلم الألم EVA ومقياس نوعية الحياة SF-12 على عينة متكونة من 85 حالة، وقد خلصت النتائج إلى أن: مرضى السرطان المتلقين العلاج الكيميائي يعانون من مستوى ألم من متوسط إلى شديد ومن تقدير مستوى نوعية الحياة مختلف بين هؤلاء المرضى، وأسفرت النتائج إلى تأكيد دور كل أبعاد استراتيجية المواجهة الاستباقية عدى استراتيجية التجنب في التخفيف من درجة الشعور بالألم وأن مركز الضبط الصحي الخارجي ببعديه النفوذ والحظ مسؤول عن درجات الشعور بالألم المرتفعة، كما توصلنا أيضا إلى تأكيد العلاقة بين استراتيجية المواجهة الاستباقية ومركز الضبط الصحي ومدى تأثيرهما في تحسين نوعية الحياة لدى مرضى السرطان الخاضعين للعلاج الكيميائي. The current study aimed to identify the difference in the degree of pain feeling and the level of quality of life among cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, and also aims to reveal the role of the proactive coping strategy and the locus of health control in alleviating the severity of pain in this group, and we relied in this study on the descriptive approach and Statistical, also in order to verify the hypotheses of the study, a set of measures were applied: the PCI Proactive Coping Scale, the Wallston locus of health Control Scale, the EVA Pain Scale, and the SF-12 Quality of Life Scale on a sample of 85 cases. The results concluded that: Cancer patients receiving chemotherapy suffer from moderate to severe pain and a different assessment of quality of life among these patients. External health control, with its two dimensions the influence of others and of a luck, is responsible for the high degrees of pain. We got too to confirm the relationship between the proactive coping strategy and the locus of health control and their impact on improving the quality of life for cancer patients undergoing chemotherapyItem العلاقة بين التنظيم الانفعالي ومركز الضبط الصحي ونوعية الحياة لدى الراشدين المصابين بالسمنة المعتدلة في ظل متغير الجنس.(جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله Algiers2 University Abu El Kacem Saad Allah, 2024-05-21) بوبكر, ابتسام, Ibtissem Boubekeur; أجراد, محمد, Mohamed Adjradيهدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التنظيم الانفعالي ومركز الضبط الصحي ونوعية الحياة لدى الراشدين المصابين بالسمنة المعتدلة. كما يسعى إلى الكشف عن الاختلاف بين الراشدين المصابين بالسمنة في درجة التنظيم الانفعالي تبعا لمتغير الجنس، كذلك يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن الاختلاف بين الراشدين المصابين بالسمنة في درجة مركز الضبط الصحي تبعا لمتغير الجنس. ولغرض هذا البحث تم الاستعانة بثلاث مقاييس (مقياس التنظيم الانفعالي لGross and John، مقياس مركز الضبط الصحي لنورالدين جبالي، ومقياس نوعية الحياة الخاص بالسمنة لZiegler&al. المترجم من قبل الباحثة)، والتي تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (102) راشد مصاب بالسمنة المعتدلة، وخلص البحث إلى تحقق معظم فرضيات البحث و باقتراح نموذج تفسيري يبيّن العلاقة التفاعلية بين متغيرات البحث.This research aims to reveal the relationship between emotional regulation, health locus of control, and quality of life in adults with moderate obesity. It also seeks to reveal the difference between adults with obesity in the degree of emotional regulation according to the variable of gender. The current research also aims to reveal the difference between adults with obesity in the degree of locus of health control according to the variable of gender. For the purpose of this research, three scales were used (the Emotional Regulation Scale by Gross and John, the Health Control Center Scale by NoureddineJebali, and the Obesity Quality of Life Scale by Ziegler & al., translated by the researcher), which were applied to a sample of (102) adults with moderate obesity, and it was concluded The research achieved most of the research hypotheses and proposed an explanatory model that shows the interactive relationship between the research variables.
