Item فعالية الاتصال التنظيمي للمقاول الجزائري مع الشبكات السوسيو مهنية(مجلة الرسالة للدراسات الاعلامية, 2023-03-31) عدمان, رقيةسنتطرق بالدراسة في هذا المقال للاتصال التنظيمي في المنظمة المقاولاتية الذي يعتبر عنصرا مهما في ربط وحدات المنظمة فيما بينها وبين المحيط الخارجي وهو الدور المنسوب للمقاول، واتقان هذا الدور يتطلب مجموعة من الأدوات التي يجب أن يتحكم فيها لتحقيق الفعالية الاتصالية في المنظمة، مع العلم أن الاتصال التنظيمي مرتبط بالشبكات الاجتماعية التي تتميز بمساندة المشروع المقاولاتي وتعمل على تحقيق أهدافه من الناحية الاقتصادية، والتي عليه أن يبني استراتيجية للتواصل الفعال معها، ليتبين أن فعاليتها تكمن في عقلانية اختياراته التواصلية من حيث أنماط الاتصال وكيفية المحافظة على التفاعل البناء بينه وبين هذه الشبكات وكذا كيفية استغلالها. act: In this article we will discuss organisational communication in the business organisation, which is an important element in linking the units of the organisation with each other and with the external environment, which is the role attributed to the contractor. The measurement of entrepreneurship in the field of organization and work is considered as an exploratory unit, where in this book, we will endeavor to define the concept of entrepreneurship and entrepreneur, giving a general overview of the theoretical trends of the scientific field, whether economic or sociological, based on the predominant theories at each stage.We will also be interested in theoretical approaches to the subject and we will rely in particular on, whether in the economic, behavioral or sociological field. We will also highlight the importance of entrepreneurship education and how educational programs spread the entrepreneurial spirit and we try to present the most important theoretical approaches related to entrepreneurship and society, social entrepreneurship,to entrepreneurship and modernization so that the student can become familiar with the different theories that study these subjects.
