Islam becomes psychological cleansing, self-sufficiency, optimism and beauty. And on the other hand, the notion of human rights, which seems to be setting itself up as a humanist doctrine of universality and above all, paradoxically individualist with the aim of asserting the right of everyone to a minimum of inalienable rights. It aims to define the religious conscience and define its most important principles, and to show the impact of ethical commitment on the level of civilizational sophistication. It also aims to direct the relationship between the personal intellectual level and general civilizational progress, and to activate the link between them. Among the most important results of the research is that the religious conscience is a feeling saturated with religious teachings, which encourages the person to do the good deeds and accept it, and to desist and reject evil. In addition, the religious conscience helps in strengthening the personality of the person and controlling his behavior and thoughts, and this contributes on treating the problems of society and civilization. Whenever the religious conscience of the person was effective, was more goodness and useful in his society. The element of light is considered one of the constants affecting the philosophical thought of the Muslim Architect ; The indication of the use of shamsyat in mosque has a functional and aesthetic role through the design of the decorative formations and the openings that emit sunlight towards the inner space of the prayer house, which fulfills the functional role of ventilation and lighting. Keywords: competence, situation, capacityn psychology.Item Représentations et multiplicités identitaires au féminin dans« Le pied de Hanane »de Aicha Kassoul.(مخبر مشكلات الحضارة- جامعة الجزائر 2, 2020-06-25) Hassiba, Benaldi; Thouri, ChahlaA travers cet article, nous nous intéressons à l’analyse de la multiplicité identitaire des personnages féminins, dans le discours romanesque« Le pied de Hanane » d’Aicha Kassoul, publié en 2009. Ce discours par son style et par son témoignage de la décennie noire met en avant plusieurs représentations discursives de la femme, en ayant recours à des constructions identitaires multiples. Cette représentation met en scèneune catégoriede femmes algériennes, dans le contexte de la décennie noire. L’auteure en les libérant et en les propulsant au-devant de la scène, en tant que porte-parole de sa société viseà redéfinir les valeurs sociales dans le contexte qui abrite le texte.
