Item التحديات السوسيوثقافية للمرأة المقاولة في الجزائر(University of algiers2 Abu El Kacem Saad Allah جامعة الجزائر2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2022) قنونة, آمال; بوكربوط, عزالدين (مدير بحث)تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن تحديات المرأة المقاولة في بعض المناطق الداخلية من المجتمع الجزائري، تحديدا ما ارتبط منها بالأبعاد الاجتماعية والثقافية؛ من خلال معرفة الواقع الخاضع للبنية الاجتماعية والثقافية الذي تزاول نشاطها فيه، والكشف عن أهم الآليات التي تتبعها المرأة المقاولة لمواجهة الصعوبات التي تعترض مسارها المقاولاتي؛لهذا الغرض تم إجراء جملة من المقابلات مع مجموعة من النساء المقاولات اللاتي يزاولن نشاطهن في بعض المناطق الداخلية من الوطن، فأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المرأة المقاولة تواجهها جملة من التحديات ذات البعد الاجتماعي والثقافي المستمدة من قيم النسق التقليدي؛ التي أثرت على تسيير المرأة المقاولة لمشاريعها الريادية،كما أظهرت النتائج أن المرأة المقاولة تسعى لتخطي تلك الصعوبات بتبني استراتيجيات محددة لضمان البقاء والاستمرارية في ميدان المقاولة The purpose of this study is to identify the challenges for women entrepreneurs in inlandregions of Algerian society, which are specifically linked to social and cultural dimensions through knowing the reality of the social and cultural structure in which they operate; as well as detecting the most important mechanisms used by women entrepreneurs to address difficulties in their entrepreneurial careers; a number of interviews were conducted with a group of women entrepreneurs who are active in some of the inland regions of the country.The results of the study showed that women entrepreneurs face a number of challenges with a social and cultural dimension; the results also demonstrated that women entrepreneurs seek to overcome difficulties by adopting specific strategies to achieve continuity in the field of entrepreneurshipItem المرأة الجزائرية وفعل المقاولة(Algiers 2 University Abou El kacem Saadallah جامعة الجزائر 2 أبو القاسم سعد الله, 2021) ساعد, سكينة; قاسيمي, ناصر(مدير البحث)من خلال هذه الدراسة، تم تسليط الضوء على واقع المقاولاتية النسوية في الجزائر، من خلال التركيز على دوافع إنشائها للمقاولات بإبراز العوامل التي ساعدت المرأة الجزائرية لتتجه إلى الفعل المقاولاتي بالذات،ولعل بروز هذه الفئة من النساء المقاولات دليل على بداية حدوث تغير في التركيبة الذهنية الجزائرية،كما يشكل تحديا كبيرا من خلال ازدواجية الوظيفة بين الالتزامات العائلية والالتزامات المهنية نتيجة تعدد دور المرأة، فهي تكتسب من التنشئة الاجتماعية للمرأة، أين تلعب الأوساط الاجتماعيةدورا جوهريا في تنمية لديها الرغبة في فعل المقاولة،ففعل إنشاء المشروع المصغر يعد فعلا مركبا، فظاهريا هو فعل فردي تقوم به المرأة بمفردها،وضمنيا هو فعل جماعي يتصدره الوسط العائلي الذي يعتبر الوسط الداعم والمساند في جميع مراحل الإنشاء، كما أن شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية الشخصية للمرأة المقاولة تكون فاعلة كذلك في هذا الفعل.فالصعوبات التي تواجه المرأة المقاولة لا تكمن في مرحلة إنشاء مشروعها، وإنما الصعوبة تكمن في كيفية المحافظة على هذا المشروع من خطر الزوال. Through this study, the reality of feminist entrepreneurship in Algeria has been highlighted, by focusing on the motivations for setting up a business by highlighting the factors that have helped Algerian women to turn to entrepreneurship. in particular.Perhaps the emergence of this category of women entrepreneurs testifies to the beginning of a change in the Algerian mental structure, as it constitutes a major challenge through the dual function between family and professional obligations due to the multiplicity the role of women. She wants to contract The act of establishing the micro-project is a complex act, because it is an individual act that the woman performs alone, and implicitly it is a collective act carried out by the family environment, which is the supportive support in all stages of construction, The difficulties faced by women entrepreneurs lie in how to protect this project from the danger of death.
