Abstract

تُمثل الزراعة العائلية في منطقة القبائل عنصرًا محوريًا في النسيج الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للمجتمعات الريفية، حيث تسهم في ضمان الأمن الغذائي وتوفير دخل مستدام. تُعزّز حيازة الأراضي العائلية من ترابط الأسرة واستمرارية النشاط الزراعي عبر الأجيال، كما تُسهم العلاقات الاجتماعية، خاصة داخل الأسر الممتدة، في تحسين إدارة الموارد وتبادل المعارف. وتلعب المرأة الريفية دورًا بارزًا في عمليات التحويل الغذائي للمنتجات التقليدية، ما يعزّز الاكتفاء الذاتي ويُساهم في تنويع دخل الأسرة. ورغم هذه الأدوار الحيوية، تواجه الزراعة العائلية تحديات متزايدة مثل تراجع التعاون التقليدي ونقص الموارد، ما يستدعي تبنّي سياسات عمومية فعالة تُوازن بين الحفاظ على الموروث وتطوير أساليب إنتاج مستدامة، بما يضمن ديمومة الزراعة العائلية وحماية الهوية الثقافية للمجتمع الريفي في المنطقة.

Family farming in the Kabylie region constitutes a central component of the social and economic fabric of rural communities, contributing significantly to food security and the provision of sustainable income. Family land ownership strengthens familial bonds and ensures the continuity of agricultural activity across generations. Moreover, social relations, especially within extended families, play a vital role in resource management and knowledge exchange. Rural women play a prominent role in the processing of traditional agricultural products, which enhances self-sufficiency and diversifies household income. Despite these essential functions, family farming faces growing challenges such as the decline of traditional cooperation and limited resources. These issues call for the implementation of effective public policies that balance the preservation of heritage with the adoption of sustainable production methods, thus ensuring the longevity of family farming and safeguarding the cultural identity of the rural community in the region.
